    Maybe? I doubt it. Not unless those same records were immediately turned over to the DOJ. I think this has more to do with the Presidential records Trump tried to abscond with. We'll see, though. Trump is so corrupt that this may be all about an entirely new crime.

    It is all based on evidence being presented in the search warrant affidavit. As Chief Justice Roberts said, there are no liberal and conservative judges, just judges.

    A search warrant is gathering evidence because there is probable cause of a crime. They don't tell you what the possible crime is, but it will tell you specifically what evidence they are looking for.
