Why not? The one currently in office took money from a foreign country through his son by using his position as VP to enrich his family.

What more would we need to know? She's not biased against Trump at all. :) Lol

Mary McCord, a veteran federal prosecutor who headed DOJ’s national security division in the closing years of the Obama administration

    Keep reading:
"The Washington Post and Newsweek have published columns that raise other criminal charges, even though both were at odds with controlling definitions. Mary McCord, a former acting assistant attorney general for national security with the Justice Department, made an entirely frivolous claim in the Washington Post that Trump could be charged with criminal incitement for tweets in which he spurred citizens to “liberate” a handful of states. Many criticized the tweets as irresponsible and inflammatory.

McCord and other critics took it a step further by claiming it could be a crime. While saying she is “not necessarily” suggesting his prosecution, McCord maintains that it could happen because there are “armed people out there who listen to what he says and they act up on it in ways that are not always peaceful.”

I've heard about "fleeing" Cali for the last 40 years. Cali is largest economy in the US, By about 40%

Red state cities? LMAOROG. Look to counties, not states to see the generational poverty

BTW, Only 14 of largest 100 cities are in red states. Yes I agree the Reaganomics has killed many city's, especially in the rust belt. Giving tax breaks to the "job creators" and allowing them to off shore jobs. Way to go

Midterms: Poorest states have Republican legislatures, and richest have Democratic ones

..Eighteen of the 19 poorest states have legislatures where both chambers are Republican controlled. New Mexico (46th richest, fifth poorest) is Democratic. But there isn’t another blue or purple state until you get to purple Maine (31st richest, 20th poorest) with its “split” legislature of one party in each chamber. All the states in between (such as Tennessee and Florida) are Republican, both chambers. So is Michigan, where Republicans hold all high state offices (where Donald Trump won in 2016). Above New Mexico, you jump all the way to middle of the pack Vermont (27th richest, 24th poorest) to find a state with both legislative chambers held by Democrats.

But all five richest states have both legislative chambers controlled by Democrats – Maryland, New Jersey, Hawaii, Massachusetts and Connecticut. Overall, Democrats dominate the 20 richest states.

Well, I do know this: This warrant is not a FISA warrant, it's a warrant on a former president, Wray was not FBI director during The FISA warrant you refer to, nor were any of the other key actors during the FISA warrant present in this warrant, nor was Garland the AG, and this warrant is signed off by a Federal Magistrate, noting that given the political history prior, they would make damn sure they didn't repeat past mistakes.

Moreover, I'll trust the Federal Magistrate long before I trust someone who lies to avoid the draft, lies to his wife, fornicated with a porn star just after his newly wed wife gave birth, threw his long time lawyer under the bus who fronted $130,000 on his behalf to pay hush money to the porn star but let his lawyer go to jail after years of devotion, then he kicked his cerebral palsy riddled toddler nephew off the family health care plan because his deceased brother's estate was suing Trump because he tricked his father on his death bed to sign a new will cutting his deceased brother's estate from the will, thus giving Trump 1/4 the inheritance instead of 1/5, so, in essence, it was greed that the toddler lost his health care plan, nor will I Trust trump who has laundered millions selling condos to russian oligarchs, nor will I trust Trump who leased an entire floor to China in one of his buildings,

    https://www.forbes.com/sites/danale...mysterious-trump-tower-lease/?sh=26f4d05bed11

Nor will I trust a guy who, during his negotiations with China, his daughter secures millions worth of trademarks from China which she used to make millions selling products to China, all of which products were made in China, including all of Trump's products, nor will I trust a guy who, while he was president, his Son in law got a $500,000,000 bailout from Qatar, and during the last month of his presidency, Jared negotiated with the house of Saud and secured $2,000,000,000 in funds for his dubious investment schemes, but the Saudis went along with it only because he was the son-in-law of the president, not to mention Trump's Treasury Secretary got $1,000,000,000 in funds for his investment fund, nor will I trust a guy who promises to bring back steel industry to the rust belt, and while he made that promise, was purchasing steel from China for his building projects, nor will I trust a guy who made big promises to Scotland but screwed the good townspeople in Aberdeenshire, and, when one of the locals refused to move because he had a shorefront property obscuring the view of his resort, he hires a huge earth mover to build a 12 foot wall of dirt around the person's house so he could no longer have the view of the ocean, which Trump did because he's one mean spirited despicable and vile human being, nor will I trust a guy who, during his campaign, signed a letter wanting to build a tower in Moscow while telling the electorate he had nothing to do with Russia, nor will I trust a guy who screwed thousands out of millions for a fake university, nor will I trust Trump who embezzles funds from a fake charity for which he was fined $2,000,000 and the NY AG forced it to close for 'illegal activity', nor will I trust a guy who was sued by the NY AG for 'discrimination against blacks' , nor will I trust a guy who attempts to subvert the election and declares it's not Trump, but democrats who are trying to steal the election, a lie so epic it caused a juggernaut of rage resulting in an attack on the capitol, well....this is just scratching the surface:

    https://prospect.org/mapping-corruption-interactive

But....Nevermind. Why bother. You got Biden with an email from a nobody with a scant reference to the 'big guy', and with that, you think you have evidence to investigate Biden, nevermind all the crap there is against Trump, it's like, hear no evil, see no evil.

    1. Donald Trump doesn't keep "personal documents," certainly not 15 boxes of them. And who keeps that much personal/business documentation in hard copy? It makes no sense that he would have that much personal paperwork at the White House. He has offices and residences aplenty to store such things.

    2. All presidents, while serving, must turn over all notes that he creates during his term, so even if the 15 boxes contained records he kept during his term, he had no right to take them.

    3. The National Archives is the official keeper of such documents, in accordance with the Presidential Records Act (PRA).
(See how easy it is to spell out your acronyms? Never assume that everyone knows what you're talking about.)

I get that you're trying to defend Trump, but try watching/listening/reading a few more neutral news sources. Trump is already playing the victim card in order to get supporters like you to send him more money. Don't do it.

Besides, Pence didn't condemn the search; he said he's worried (didn't say about what). And repeated the "UNPRECEDENTED" incantation the whole Cult has been chanting for hours.

    You funny!

Trump pardons his long-time buddy, the despicable Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

"Last September, a federal appeals court affirmed that Arpaio’s office cannot detain people solely on the suspicion that they are undocumented when it refused to reverse a lower-court’s ruling.

Today, U.S. District Judge G. Murray Snow issued a decision in Ortega Melendres v. Arpaio that found the policies and practices of Arpaio and his office are discriminatory, violate the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Arizona Constitution.

    Many were a lil upset

Women's March against Donald Trump is the largest day of protests in US history, say political scientists

1 in every 100 Americans marches to protest new President's inauguration, with no arrests reported

Somewhere between 3.3 million and 4.6 million marchers made their presence known across the United States, yet no arrests were reported at the largest protests across the nation in Los Angeles, Washington D.C., New York, Chicago or Seattle.

    https://www.independent.co.uk/news/...us-history-political-scientists-a7541081.html

The New York Times reported that crowd-scientists estimate that the Women's March was three times the size of the Trump inauguration, which they estimate at 160,000 attendees.

Of course, Trump had a lot of covert enemies in the administration left over from Obama, and obviously a lot of seeds of what we see today were already planted and growing. Hillary did basically get away with, as she done with a multitude of transgressions all through her career. They are planning for Hunter to get away with it too. The enthusiasm and support for prosecution these days has far more to do with politics than justice, and sadly serving the interests of the people is way down the list.

Mar-a-Lago search appears focused on whether Trump, aides withheld items

A lawyer for Donald Trump said agents seized about a dozen boxes on Monday, months after 15 boxes of items were returned

In the months before the FBI’s dramatic move to execute a search warrant at former president Donald Trump’s Florida home and open his safe to look for items, federal authorities grew increasingly concerned that Trump or his lawyers and aides had not, in fact, returned all the documents and other material that were government property, according to people familiar with the discussions.

...Over months of discussions about whether documents were still missing, some officials also
came to suspect Trump’s representatives were not truthful at times, according to people familiar with the matter who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss an ongoing investigation.
