    Declassification is a process and we know what was declassified.

    And he can't declassify retroactively or as stated, after leaving office.

    The NA is responsible for that. They don't get to just pick and choose what go to the libraries, and the libraries are not their property.

    The burden of proof is something that happens in courts. The FBI has apparently satisfied that requirement.

    Neither of them owe anything to the public.

    I didn't say Trump had to justify anything.

    Is said he could have produced the warrant publicly if he wanted to. He didn't. Now the DOJ wants to. He says he won't stand in the way . . . assuming he's telling the truth this time, instead of lying like he did about his tax records, we will most likely see the warrant and the receipt and then you guys can move on to your next excuse/conspiracy theory.

    Then why did only a few boxes go to his residence? Why did the rest go directly to the NA? Why did your side make up excuses about how they must have just been mistakenly shipped there? Why did Trump resist turning them over for over a year?

    Have no idea go ask him, I have no idea the total number that were shipped I doubt you do. The fact remains there nothing unusual about it. Obama STILL has not made his available as he said he would. The OFFICAL records still BELONG to the NA even when they reside at the presidential libraries where scholars and historians go to review and use in their writings and research.
