FBI [Federal Bureau of Invention] should explain why they didn't make a search in Clinton's residences.
    This is an innocent question.

Getting funnier again: his lawyer Christina Bobb complained on FoxNews that the FBI waited 3 days before executing the warrant!:lol::lol:

Some people say...."it appeared like magic"....and they were no longer classified.

So, when you apply for and obtain a search and seizure warrant, and carry it out, that qualifies as a "Gestapo search"?

Question: Have any of us 'commoners' been allowed by the DOJ to see the actual AFFIDAVID behind its Gestapo-style raid yet...?! I sure as hell haven't been able to find it. :confusion:

The AFFIDAVID is the single most-important thing that will tell us all a LOT about how this whole Mar-a-Lago raid was justified in the minds of those who launched it....

[IMG]. "You don't need to see the 'affadavid'...!" :xd:

Because she voluntarily allowed a search? Perhaps you should do some research before fabricating yet another phony whataboutism.

The AFFIDAVIT is likely full of things which would need to be redacted before it's released.

I doubt the "gestapo" applied for search warrants to courts. Yet another instance of righties being incapable of drawing analogies.

The affidavit lays out the evidence, the circumstance and basically the mimimum case the DOJ has to justify the signing of the warrant. Trump nor his lawyers nor his spin masters are entitled to this unless he is going to be prosecuted. Asking for this serves to only undermine the rule of law IN THIS SPECIFIC CASE and is just a talking point.

There's plenty. There's the emails of Strzok and Page and then there's the illegal FISA warrants where one agent was found guilty of falsifying info on the affidavit. That's just on the surface.

For starters we do know that the espionage act applies to where/how he stored the top secret/nuke (?) documents.

"documents marked with “TS/SCI,” which indicates one of the highest levels of government classification."

Then there's what Ken Dilanian is saying.

****Takes a minute, listen to the "grave" seriousness of Trump having those TS/SCI documents.

    NBC video right on top

    Ken Dilanian (@KenDilanianNBC) / Twitter

    @MeetThePress

ICYMI: One set of documents taken by the FBI from Mar-a-Lago was marked TS/SCI.
    @KenDilanianNBC
explains its meaning. “It’s a designation given to top secret documents that are so sensitive that it’s compartmented … Only the people who absolutely need to know are read-in.

OMG I hadn't thought about that!!! Wow! Imagine trump sitting there during a military tribunal. Imagine him trying to spin his BS in a court like that!

One legal expert was saying his best defense was to claim he didn't know they were there. But his own public statements have made that defense impossible.

The entire free world knows he took boxes of papers to Mar à Lago when he lef the WH.
Apparently there have been numerous polite requests that they be returned.

Conspiracy theories and hastily formed accusations, excuses and guesses aside, I would want to know...

WHAT DID HE PLAN TO DO WITH THEM?

Disscuss them with his bezzie mate Putin over à béer?
Sell them to pay for his other legal issues?
Bring world peace by threatening to exposé Russia and China as the Bad Boys of global hegemony?
Whip the West into shape by quietly showing leaders of the free world redacted copies of malign intent by China with a promise to show them the rest if they did as he told them to do?

In all that is morally right or wrong, the idea that breaking à federal law designed to protect the nation from malice, will AID the thief to become its President, once again promising to protect the nation from malice , is absolutely astounding.

Maybe in his more lucid moments he thought that if he held these documents he just might be able to pretend he was still President and that ""they"" had to come to him for the magic golden ticket.
    WAKE UP
Either the guy has à screw loose or you do..

What matters is what they found. The judge decides if the affidavit was sufficient, not you.

That will come out when he is on trial and not before. So don't worry, before trump is sent off to federal prison for the rest of his life, you can know all about it

I don't know top secret stuff is kept at any part of the white house that Trump had free access to. The NSA and CIA do brief the president, but they don't just bring over a box of nuclear secrets and leave it on the coffee table for him to read in his leisure time.

I'll wait to see what exactly it was before assuming it was really top secret and sensitive and really needed to be so classified.

Maybe the elusive Moscow pee tapes are in there, proving collusion with Russian prostitutes once and for all! THEN we'll have him!

Maybe after the June visit they were made aware of other documents Trump wasn't revealing he had.
Maybe they found out he was holding back information about some of the documents he possessed, showed them a bunch of boxes, but had other stuff hidden away. They had a tip off from someone, maybe he was bragging about some top secret document and showing to people. "See, it says 'Donald J. Trump, 45th President of the United States' and 'Top Secret' right here. That's me!". I could see that. I think you could too.
Problem is, we could argue about this all day, but not many people are privvy to the information you are asking about, and at this point, they ain't tellin, so it's all speculation at this point.
It will come out, and my guess is it won't be good for Trump. He's running out of wiggle room in NY, Georgia and federal courts.
Maybe the DOJ has overstepped, but that hasn't been their nature lately under Garland. If anything he's been sort of Obamalike by being cautious, maybe overly so at times.
    Time will tell.
    Take a chill pill...........

    The FBI aren't LYNCHING him!
They know full well that any headlines with Trump's name in it is a few more thousand votes in his favour!
    Though God knows why.

Whatever was said about the FBI search, they couldn't retrieve the biggest security threat for the country: it was sitting at his office in Manhattan!
