Bringing them before a grand Jury?
Curious how Trump could word it to his lawyer making it look like her decision to tell the FBI that Trump has no other classified/TS documents at Mar a Largo?

You mean like requesting the DOJ make those warrants public on Thursday before they were released.
Trump calls for ‘immediate’ release of FBI’s Mar-a-Lago warrant
    https://www.pbs.org/newshour/politics/trump-calls-for-immediate-release-of-fbis-mar-a-lago-warrant

Why would they be demanding it, if they had a copy of it and could do it themselves?
Oh, thats right, it was you and the left faking claims about Trump would never agree to unseal the warrants.
Sorry, I forgot all about that

Or were you talking about is was Trump and him team that announced the FBI was raiding his home and not trying to keep it quiet like the FBI was?
Or were you talking about Garland refusing to take any questions from his rushed public statement?

You seem to get sucked into media propaganda quite easily.

How can he classify something he's never seen? Doesn't work that way. Sorry

Just like this was news to you.
I noticed you couldn't find some way to dispute something that just destroyed everything you posted about how a president can classify documents.
I guess that comes with being the genius you claim to be. Sorry for your loss

Court ruling. Broad authority to classify and declassify. You think the president looks over every page of every classified document. Get real. Trump could barely pay attention during a 30 minute presentation.

I think there's a disconnect and 2 different documents are at play here...

    1. I'm referring to some document signed by T****'s lawyer on 6/3 discussing what was known to be classified (and removed) at MAL at that time.

    https://www.independent.co.uk/news/...p-espionage-act-fbi-raid-latest-b2144415.html

    2. The property receipts disclosed yesterday are from last Monday's warrant.

There's not much in document #2, but document #1 could be very interesting, if disclosed...

Just more proof the left will slurp up anything they are commanded too.
So it wasn't Hillary who deleted the classified documents she kept on her illegal private server illegally that was exposed and hacked into by foreign governments.
It was her staffer. Well, that makes everything just hunky dory now, doesn't it.
Thank God for those staffers without a federal security clearance who can just log into the Secretary of States private computer and decide which classified documents she could delete.
What would we all do without them.

We're way beyond that episode, dude; try to keep up! Today, we are trying to weather the flood of lame explanations/excuses coming from the Trump circus and his cultists. So far, we haven't seen anything that holds water.

Here's the Search Warrant and Receipt of Property.
You'll see how boxes are labeled to differentiate degrees of classification.

I don't know that it's nothing. I don't know that it's something, either. Is it?

There is classified stuff on UFO's and on the grassyknoll. I don't clutch my pearls over such.

Yet you think Biden can classify documents that are not in his possession, that he has never seen, and has no clue what they even contain.
    The hypocrisy is staggering.

    You mean like this

The president's classification and declassification powers are broad

The president, as commander-in-chief, is ultimately responsible for classification and declassification. When someone lower in the chain of command handles classification and declassification duties -- which is usually how it's done -- it's because they have been delegated to do so by the president directly, or by an appointee chosen by the president.

The majority ruling in the 1988 Supreme Court case Department of Navy vs. Egan -- which addressed the legal recourse of a Navy employee who had been denied a security clearance -- addresses this line of authority.

"The President, after all, is the 'Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States'" according to Article II of the Constitution, the court's majority wrote. "His authority to classify and control access to information bearing on national security ... flows primarily from this constitutional investment of power in the President, and exists quite apart from any explicit congressional grant."

Steven Aftergood, director of the Federation of American Scientists Project on Government Secrecy, said that such authority gives the president the authority to "classify and declassify at will."

In fact, Robert F. Turner, associate director of the University of Virginia's Center for National Security Law, said that "if Congress were to enact a statute seeking to limit the president's authority to classify or declassify national security information, or to prohibit him from sharing certain kinds of information with Russia, it would raise serious separation of powers constitutional issues."

The official documents governing classification and declassification stem from executive orders. The current version of the order was issued by President Barack Obama in 2009.

The president has broad authority to declassify almost anything at any time without any process. The minute the president speaks about it to someone, he has the ability to declassify anything at any time without any process.

Were you going to show the signature of who signed for the warrant? Its right there. You can't see it?
Oooooooh, thats right, they blacked it out.
So why would you black out the signature of Trumps attorney then claim publicly that the attorney signed the warrant?
Why black it out if you already admitted it?
    Feeling embarrassed yet?

Yes he can. Because the commander in chief has broad authority.

Trump said he declassified it so there should be an official record right?

So now you think president shouldn't have broad powers to classify or declassify. Changed your mind pretty quick.

Nope, I'm not dumb enough to believe a sitting president can make every Former president alive, felony criminals guilty of espionage because he decides every document in existence and in their possession is now classified.
    You?
