Not really. Why is Trump always in the cross hairs for doing wrong based on what MSM and the Dems say? Why doesn't anyone look at all the dirt on Dem members, I'm sure there are plenty of skeletons in those closets to fill a container ship with.
A retired president should have a break from such as the current persecution. "x" years. Even Obama The advantage being, in "x" years who is going to care enough to press it. It being currently vitriol fueled. Get it? Even if you don't agree. I mean the vitriolic opposition can always find more requiring investigation. eh Watergate changed It did not end with the most recent election. It is now like a chronic, Piranha attack. At whose costs? 1960 NIXON chose not to contest the Chicago & Texas counts. Moi
It's a completely stupid and irrelevant question. Would you vote for one who lies and thinks the 2020 election was stolen? Took documents out of the WH that were not to be taken out of the WH? As a Christian, would you vote for a 3x divorcee? A playboy? One who treats women as objects, mostly for sex? One who swindled people out of money?
Trump voters elected a corrupt liar. Everyone knew he was a corrupt liar when they elected him, but they did it anyway. Then, those same people seem surprised that he's always under investigation for being a corrupt liar. Some of us tried to warn ya'll, but many were too enamored with Trump's trolling of the left to care. And while I didn't vote for Biden and never will, those of you who opposed him did so in part because you saw he was a corrupt liar based on his alleged business dealings with China. You screamed about corruption and screamed about how we need investigations, just like those of us who opposed Trump did. So now, while the corrupt liar you don't like is in office, you're all doing the same thing those of us who opposed Trump were doing and you just can't understand why the other side doesn't see it the way you do. So in response to the corrupt liar you don't like being in office, you plan to reelect the same corrupt liar that you do like in 2024. And I expect that when you do and if he wins, we'll be seeing a repeat of this same nonsense only it will be conducted by the Republicans, who only care about corruption and dishonesty if they aren't the ones benefiting from it.
It would not surprise me to find out the "leaker" is a Trump supporter that suckered Garland into looking like a jackboot. Sadly, that isn't difficult. The Trump name before 2016 was, correctly or incorrectly, correlated with excellence. He had better name recognition than did HRC. The 2 major ways investigations go: 1) A crime was committed and they investigate until they have enough evidence on who they think did it that they bring it to trial and 2) Investigators dislike a person. They investigate until they find something with which they can bring charges against that person (ie Al Capone). There is a truism: If a cop follows you while driving for 2 hours, you're getting a ticket. They've passed enough laws to make criminals of everyone (See Harvey Silvergate's "3 Felonies a Day") and then selectively prosecute. That they have to make #$$ up about Trump (ie see Russia Hoax/January False Flag) is amazing. You'd think there would be plenty of real stuff around with which to nail him.
Since the search found exactly what the warrant specified, there's no doubt it was a good warrant and valid search. So yes, of course I support it. Anyone who isn't a shamelessly corrupt partisan hack would. Trump cult standards here are just nuts. According to them, you can't investigate a crime unless you've already absolutely proven the crime, in which case there would be no need to investigate. Needless to say, that standard has never been held anywhere in law enforcement before the Trump cult invented it here.
It shouldn't be an exceptional case. Trump should be treated like any other suspect. And he was. Hence the outrage from those who demand that their conspiracy theories be catered to, no matter how reality-defying and ridiculous they are.
It's precedent setting. Unless you can cite other examples of it happening you can't claim it's not exceptional.
Ideally, the most sensible thing to do is you would vote for the person or party that can deliver the best results for the country. Someone voting based on character indicates a narrow mind set that can't see the big picture and doesn't understand economics. That's why countries elect a ship's captain that sails their country into an iceberg because he's a bloody nice chap. That's why America is currently sinking. So by all means vote based on the nicest chap, I vote for those that can deliver results.
As opposed to the bag of dildos that are running this rock show now? They had to cheat to win and every dirty deed exposed that their a part of has gone unquestioned. One man versus many that are corrupt? Who have you been listening to give that perspective?
God really? All I knew was that he was an extreme *******. The "you're fired" stuff, I didn't know how people could stomach watching him on TV. He came across as a gilded arrogant conman. And then when he ran for office I also learned he's an idiot at policy. He had the gall to take classified documents home after leaving office. The only way he didn't commit a crime is if he was somehow unaware of it. But given all the requests to get the documents back, his lawyers would have to have been committing some serious malpractice for him not to be aware of it.
Just ask HRC and her links with the freighter "Ever Given" by a Taiwanese company Evergreen. Funny how Pelosi went there too recently. I bet Taiwan is China's Ukraine. Chocked full of Chinese dirty laundry.
The entire idea that they cheated to win was created by the corrupt liar that got voted out as an ego defense and a fund-raising hook. But don't take my opinion of Trump as an endorsement of Biden. I didn't vote for him in 2020, and I won't vote for him in 2024 if he runs again. The Democrats are having the same problems that the Republicans are, namely that loud moronic wings of their party are taking over. The Democrats have the progressives and the Republicans have the Trumpers.
I have my doubts about that, but certainly the staff at his properties can be separated from the man they are named after. I've often said something similar on this forum over the past 6 years. With all the legitimate reasons that Trump gives you daily to oppose him, why anyone would need to exaggerate or fabricate stuff is beyond me.
Why is everyone on the fundraising thing? I was watching the vote count Trump was in a comfortable position, with an ever-so-slow trickle of his count. Biden's count wasn't moving at all. Then there was a very decent pregnant pause for almost an hour and then *wham* Biden's count went through the roof, it was an astronomical WTF moment. You can't say that there was no foul play on that involved. Among other things that had been highlighted which many people claim is utter rubbish.
So when the very same thing happened to Kari Lake during her primary in Arizona, does that mean it had to be voter fraud there too? As far as fund-raising goes, Trump started soliciting donations almost immediately using his stolen election narrative as the basis, and hasn't really ever stopped. People thought they were donating to money that would help him get back in office in 2020 but of course he knew that wasn't what the money was going to be used for. I can certainly say there wasn't enough foul play to have any kind of effect on the outcome, just like there is in every election. What I can't say is that voter fraud stole the presidency from Donald Trump because I would have no evidence to back that claim up except that I was mad that my guy lost.
Are you kidding. NO one ever votes for the one they like. Ever, at least at the National Elections and certainly not at the presidential level. It's always voting neither major candidate or the least evil/disliked. And trump delivered nothing but division and a disdain for the country. There's a reason he stole gov't docs. It's because he is not for America.
