Under Barr? Nothing. A President can’t be indicted

Well, when she destroyed the server, she destroyed the evidence proving the hack. But, when Wikileaks obtained the information, it had her emails AND the classified documents. I wonder how that happened?

The classified documents are in DC. The non-classified documents are in Chicago. In both cases, they are in the custody of NARA. No one is moving any goalposts. This is information that NARA has already made public. All you are doing is continuing to display your refusal to do basic homework in favor of just copy/pasting fake news garbage.

He’s wrong, the only leaks were from the dnc server. No evidence her personal email was hacked.

It didn’t happen. You’re mistaken. It was the dnc that russia hacked to help trump, not her personal server.

It was posted ON WIKILEAKS and has since been removed once Assange was put on a hit list. But, at the time, there was proof and Wikileaks showed the correlation. It was removed to protect national security. But, since you need proof, you can keep believing whatever disinformation tells you.

There was zero info from the personal server listed on Wikileaks. Everything was related to the theft of info from the DNC.

    1. It doesn't matter

    2. Yes she did.

    3. If she destroyed those docs, she stole them and destroyed them without proper authorization.

    4. She destroyed the docs because she didn't want to get caught with them.

I'll see if I can dig up the article link, he had anita breckenridge as his representative in negotiating if memory serves me correctly. Bottom line, I'm not saying he did anything wrong; the White House gets to decide what personal archives can be released and not. Obama actually signed an EO limiting that process to a year. He also placed a 12-year moratorium on some of his records, which is his right. This is always a cat and mouse game with Presidents, Obama didn't want something's made public hence exercised his 12 years off limit agreement on some records. One his first day in office Obama rolled back a EO that Bush did that gave family members of deceased Presidents too much power over the records. I guess what I'm saying every President goes through some NARA back and forth.

    1. It matters to prove intent, and the same standard should apply to trump. No intent, no charges
    2. Nah
    3. She didn’t destroy original docs
    4. So you claim but there’s no evidence to support that

Ah, I forgot you were going with Trump's "I declassified these documents and just forgot to tell anyone" excuse. People actually fall for that braindead bullshit?

LOL ok, you do realize every almost every single document that comes out of the Whitehouse is classified right? You really think they need a Illinois warehouse for all the stuff Obama declassified? Now I'll ask can you back up your claim all obama classified material is in Maryland???

This is a counter point? If you think it is, maybe Trump can go on TV and make this request from the Russians?

So, you don't KNOW Trump had classified docs. You're only going by what you've been told. Right?

If none were classified then his lawyer lied when she said they gave them all the classified docs

Gross negligence is a standard of the law. Intent alone isn't required.

If the lawyer gave them all back, then the FBI didn't find any during their raid. Right?
