I like both. I was going to ride my bike to work last night and I was taking my little nap and I hear all this thunder and lightning at 9:00 p.m. and a damn thunderstorm comes out of nowhere randomly.

So I did take the van. Nothing wrong with having both. Nice to have the cage to ride in when there is inclement weather or you need to carry something significant.

Have you called the fire department yet? You are a brave soul. Check out the scoville units 2,200,000. Let us know when the burning stops.

There wasn't all that much burning. No watering eyes or runny noses. Just a low grade churning in my stomach for about half the day followed by an eventual release of the type that calls more for a shower than it does simple TP.

[IMG] Sad news everybody. Our dog Scollie has kidney failure. He's 14 years old, he was diagnosed a few months back but its acute so we knew his time was limited.
We just got home from town and he couldn't stand up so I think its decision time.

Huh, never put you and zanygame together.
    Now I'm doubly sad.
Just remember you have given him the best life you could and even this terrible decision is done out of love.

That is sad. We had to have one put down when he was 18 yrs old. They feel more like family and are more pleasant than some family. Course you can choose your pets and even better when they choose you.
Scollie looks like a Border Collie.

I'm always amazed at how animals adapt to living with people, and can become such a real part of the family. It hurts so much to think that at some point we might have to put them down. It is the kindest thing we can do for them, but it's such a gut-wrenching thing.

Sorry you are dealing with that Tigger. My best bud in the whole world is 14 and I'll be in your situation soon.

Hi Daisy. Yes its very sad, but its time. Scollie is a Border Collie, Staffordshire bull terrier cross. Turned out to be a wonderful mix with the intelligence of a Collie and a Staffy's desire to please.
He's booked in on Monday, but he collapsed yesterday and can't walk now, so we are trying for an appointment today.

Sorry to hear of any terminal illness in an animal. Our last Border Collie started showing down and I thought it was âgé. Turned out to be terminal liver cancer and she was so trusting she smiled at us when the vet gave her the injection.
She is in a happier place now.
