Which means that the documents went through a declassification process with govt intelligence agency(s) who redacted whatever they didn't want released to the public.

Since Trump is claimed to be the all powerful magical declassifier by just saying the word, why didn't he overrule the declassifying process and furthermore why did he wait until his last day in office to do it?

 

They were subpoena's for the documents they could have taken and were told they could take whatever they wanted.

 

When you can prove a false claim let me know since have yet to do so. And people who make false claims do not survive very long around here. I suggest you note who does.
Claiming someone makes mostly false claims in order to avoid a rebuttal is about as weak as you can get.

Somehow, you've left out the important investigation, which the FBI kept secret, as is their policy, into the connections between the Trump campaign and Russian Intelligence. So, if all these investigations had been made public-- Hunter's laptop, Clinton's emails, the Trump- Russia connections-- then Trump would never have been elected President. If OTOH, the FBI had stuck to its own rules about not talking about any investigative until & unless, it filed an indictment (not to mention their policy to not speak about, or take any action regarding, a political leader, in the 90 days prior to an election), then Trump would never have been elected President.

I think Trump, & his advocates supporting this lunacy, are the definition of those who want to have their cake, and eat it, too.

 

There is a bigly huge difference between a "subpoena " and a search warrant.

I come up with the law and how it is applied and I could care less the bogus excuse Mueller tried to use to excuse the failure of his office after almost TWO YEARS to prove there was a crime. I quoted you directly from his authorization letter. You have not cited this law you claim prevents a President from being charged with a crime nor even the DOJ guideline that CAUTIONS that doing might interfere with the performance of his duties but does not prohibit charges being brought forward so he can be prosecuted.
