An ex boyfriend recorded on security camera trying to break in the front door. 3 shots fired. The guy runs after the first shot. 2 more hit him as well. Doesn't make it very far before he goes down. Over kill or justifiable? https://americanwirenews.com/camera-catches-ohio-man-fatally-shoot-daughters-ex-boyfriend-amid-attempted-break-in/?utm_campaign=bizpac&utm_content=Newsletter&utm_me dium=Newsletter&utm_source=Get%20Response&utm_term =EMAIL Different places and different legal jurisdictions might see this differently. If he was already shot and running away before being shot again, that is not justified. (Unless he was running away with some very valuable piece of property, or had committed a very serious crime like rape or murder, which is not the case here) That should carry some punishment. There are some people who, after shooting an intruder, might wish them to die because they are afraid the intruder could hold a grudge and later try to come back for them. It's not a situation I would ever want to find myself in. This situation is made complicated by the fact that the homeowner did not know the intruder had already turned around and was beginning to retreat, because the homeowner was shooting through a door without being able to see what was happening. The homeowner could not even know that the intruder had already actually been shot and that it had not missed. Some people will say that simply shooting through a closed door without knowing exactly what he is shooting at cannot be justified. But is that really true? The homeowner knew someone was trying to break down his door to get in. The homeowner did not know the intruder had turned around and was beginning to try to run away after the first shot was fired. But it did all happen very fast. From the security camera the intruder does appear to look spaced out, like they were on drugs.
The left wants to make it as hard as possible for the law abiding to exercise their right to keep and bear arms, because they want to reduce the ability of said law abiding to act in self-defense.
How far apart are the shots? One shot then five seconds of nothing then two shots would be wrong. 3 shots one right after the other through the door when someone is trying to break it down is a good shoot though .
I do not know much about the case, I would assume there is more to it than what we are hearing, and the father did not go from 0 to 100 and shoot him, that this must have been building up.... but don't know for sure, did not hear what the jury heard
if she was raped, many on the right would force her to have her rapists baby that said, not sure what Floyd has to do with this, Floyd was murdered by a cop while handcuffed, if this father did that, he would be in prison today now if a cop would have done that to the father, handcuffed him, then murdered him, then it would be like Floyd
