We sure do. Anyway, nice distraction, but what the hell happened to your support for your 'volitional consciousness' argument?
What the hell are you talking about, "in full?" If you are talking about your below question, then I answered it! It's the doctor!

I believe in letting the woman decide. But abortion has never been a hot issue with me nor one which decides who I’ll vote for. I’ve voted for, supported candidate on both sides of this fence. Abortion doesn’t make my list of priorities when it comes to voting or electing officials. I always vote for the candidate I think will do the best job for whatever office he’s running for. Party and one’s stance on abortion are irrelevant. I’ve always wondered how many folks decide who they’ll vote for concerning abortion. 46% of all Americans say abortion is a very important issue to them. But only 4% list abortion as the most important, deciding issue in determining how they’ll vote. https://docs.cdn.yougov.com/ni3jnt30r2/econTabReport.pdf I think over the last 50 years with ROE in effect that those who favor abortion have already become Democrats and those who oppose have become Republicans. That abortion doesn’t change anyone’s minds on who they’ll vote for, perhaps a handful. What do you think?
I thought that it would be clear that I am saying that it's the doctor who should make that determination through all stages of risk?
Well then, it is ok to have an abortion if a doctor finds that there is a slight risk. Thanks for confirming that.
What I mean is, it would need to be supported by medical evidence, and not just because the doctor says so.

You don't know that. Those potential children could have just as easily been conservatives (and I am conservative).
Maybe not to someone like you who clearly regards human life (especially that of human females) as no different from that from that of bacteria. To live a life means that you are free to pursue your own happiness and if motherhood is not one of your values, enforcing means you are preventing her from living her life.
