Any Predictions? Final 4 Picks? Discuss March Madness Here... I like Alabama to Win it... Houston seems Prideless...
I have Alabama as well. My final four are Alabama, Purdue, Indiana, and Kansas with Alabama and Kansas in the final. I think I may have trouble in the first round. Unless Maryland can pull it together ….
I got Alabama and Texas in the final with the Tide winning. It's been a fun tournament so far, but Farleigh Dickinson and Princeton set my bracket on fire.
Win or lose, I’m digging the MM buzz this year and am thoroughly looking forward to this Razorback Huskie game gettin ready to start.
Hope you're a Huskies fan. Creighton is another tough Big East team that is capable of making some serious noise soon (jinx).
Yep. UConn was always one of my fave BE adversaries when the Ville was inexplicably admitted to the club of mostly private Catholic Schools. Well, the Ville is a Catholic town in the middle of the Bible Belt, so maybe that ‘splains some things. Anyway, always loved UConn as the only other school besides the ‘Cuse that wasn’t private. Might have missed one or two more. So miss when my school was in the BE. Man. Awesome league those days. Still damn fine. Ooof! Kind of would have preferred a contest here, but this blowout is excellent too. Don’t know why I like UConn as much as I do, but I am very happy.
The Villanova Michigan ‘16 game was probably the best NCAA championship game I ever watched. So many lead changes. Drama start to finish. Miss a lot of the teams and coaches from my younger days watching this sport. Jerry and his Linus towel blanket that he chewed on without a lick of shame. Honeybadgerness awesome.
Do you mean North Carolina? that was the 2016 game where Jenkins hit a 3 at the buzzer Michigan was a blowout in 18 I have been a Nova fan since the 80s, but sadly with Wright gone, the glory days are over
2023 Alabama Basketball is the Most Overhyped Overrated FLOP Piece of SHEET Choking Disgrace in the History of Sports.... I Will Admit that I got Conned by that Pathetic Piece of SHEET Team... Alabama Basketball is a Disgrace... #1 Overall Seed...Total FLOP and Disgrace...
Chill out AJ. S.D. Played great defense and Alabama’s shot choices were poor. Defense wins ball games. I have a feeling that with who’s left, UConn wlll win. I’d love for Gonzaga to win but they’re not going to beat UConn this time. UConn is high and this isn’t Gonzaga’s best team.
Poor shot choices? Ya think? 3 of 27 on 3s... Alabama's 2023 was a pathetic media creation, based around a team that was too dependent on hitting 3s... Total Disgrace... I saw that presser with the coach and the players... They didn't care if they won or lost... Alot of people think.whoever wins between UCONN and the Zags will be the Champs... UCONN has been dominant in their 3 Wins... Texas still has a shot... In any event, the seeding this year was terrible... Houston was a Complete Joke... And, Alabama was the most Overrated Piece of Sheet #1 Overall Seed in History... Probably Karma for letting murderers keep their scholarships? Hard to believe that an Egregious Choker with no character or will to win (like that FLOP Brandon Miller) is going to make millions in the NBA... Alabama = A Disgrace to the Entire State... Time for Lynyrd Skynyrd to revise their Setlist... 3-27 on 3s... Missed a shitload of Must-Make Free Throws Down the stretch... The way that Bama sheet the bed from being ahead 48-39 is the stuff of Flop Legend... Alabama = Overrated Piece of Sheet/Legendary Flop Imagine anybody thinking that a Parade of Chokers (With No Will to Win, Who Redefined Prideless) like Alabama had a chance to Win anything? Overhyped bums probably couldn't win a pickup game against Sue Bird and 4 Girl Scouts... 3 Pointers = 3 for 27
Proof of what a Complete JOKE The Committee is... Imagine giving Pathetic FLOPS (Like Bama, Houston, Purdue, and Kansas) the #1 Seeds?
Creighton v UConn would be sweet. Missed hoops yesterday, bad call. Spaced out and lost track of wanting to have caught the Zags Bruins game. Kansas State is on fire. Highest scoring team so far in the tournament with the 98-93 win over the Spartans. FF is here in Houston at NRG Stadium. Cheapest ticket on Stubhub is $252 and you have to bring your own oxygen, ha.... A sweet seat single ticket in section 337 starts at $1571 and maxes out at $4212: Oooof!
Yeah, that's a little rich for this middle class working schlub. I'll have to settle for the best seat in my house. The beer's a lot cheaper, too. Huskies vs. Bluejays would be awesome, and KSU's point guard has been phenomenal. Looks like it could be the end of the road for Florida Atlantic tonight, but I can't help rooting for the underdog Owls. I happen to have very fond memories of the FF in Houston. My alma mater VCU made its Cinderella run to the Final Four in Houston back in 2011, but their truly magical moments came in San Antonio - particularly in the Elite Eight when Jamie Skeen went off on the Morris Bros. and we knocked off #1 Kansas. I was out of my freakin' mind. And guess who won it all that year? UConn - and they look like they could do it in Houston again this year. Enjoy the games tonight!
A Zags win would be sweet! My son takes them every year and would flip out if they finally won. Their problem is a weak conference. I mean, Pepperdine, really? . They win almost every game by double digits and that’s really not very challenging. I think UConn may well win but Florida Atlantic is fierce! Wouldn’t it be great if the went all the way !?
My bracket has a lot of damage but I still have my national champion pick, UConn. It was a deja vu experience to see FAU run Bob Knight's motion offense to beat KSU.
Very interesting. Michael Forrest with the free throws has apparently also completed a mechanical engineering degree. Wild. Not many folks in that tribe: Sports and Engineering. Pretty cool. I like it. Oooof. I was ok with UConn blowing out the Razorbacks, but this blowout over the dogs in the E8 was a bit disappointing. I expected better hoops from the Zags. Nevertheless, rip it all the way now: Huskies!
The UCONN vs Texas Winner will get the Title... The UCONN v Texas Semifinal is the De Facto Championship Game
Two SE Florida teams in the final 4. What an amazing comeback by Miami. Most unexpected final 4 ever! How’s that? Lol.
