One onion diced Three jalapeno peppers diced 2 lb of ground beef cooked and drained Two cups of diced tomatoes 8 oz of cream cheese Two tablespoons of minced garlic 12 oz of unsweet evaporated milk 1 lb of diced cheddar cheese 1 lb of diced Monterey Jack cheese Two tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce 10 oz of cooked and crumbled bacon Seasoning of your choice to taste Combine all ingredients in a Crock-Pot on low heat and stir every 30 minutes for 2 hours.
