Again, Prop HH was defeated soundly, that the people did not want to use TABOR funds for the property tax relief. The special session is merely to find a way to initiate the law anyhow.. Like they did when Prop 112 fail. Colorado Senate gave a proverbial "FU" of the voters and passed SB-181... the same proposition that was defeated and then some.

Regarding crime.. I've lived in this state since 1982. Crime has never been to this level and that has much to do with the catch and release the states DA's have done.

I think they are best exemplified by honorable people- and you can measure that honor by the actions people are willing to take.

I haven't seen any among the primary leftists or democrats that support honor in a very long time. I've voted for many democrats over the years, because I vote for the best man. The dems don't have any of those today. I didn't make that true- they did.

When the rules are suspended by allowing the dishonorable to even play the game- the game will always degrade to the lowest common denominator. The idea for those who have no honor is that once they can get that allowed, they can blame everyone else for doing it too. Then it's a liars contest, and they have unlimited capacity in that area.

People lacking honor do not understand the value it has for themselves, they see no reason to respect any one or anything else- so there are no rules for them, and anything they can get by with is legitimate in their eyes.

Evidence has never been presented to show any "rigging" of the 2020 election. What we do have ample evidence for is Trump knowing it was not rigged but choosing to lie about it anyway, and using that lie to incite violent insurrection in a bid to stop the certification of the election results, just so he could stay in office.

Democracy is NOT designed to have people vote "right". That kind of expection and format exists in places like Russia.

As long as President Trump appeals the decision to the Supreme Court, the appeals court stays their own ruling – essentially indefinitely. The Colorado primary ballots printed, and the primary election will be over, before the Supreme Court puts this on their docket.
In addition to the virtual guarantee the high court will overrule this political nonsense, SCOTUS can make the entire issue moot before them by following their own normal schedule for submissions, arguments, deliberation and opinions delivered by the court.
The Colorado appellate court knows this, that’s why they put this self-stay into their 4-3 ruling. It’s a politically correct way of giving the optics of telling their tribe, ‘hey we’re with you,’ without the ramifications of the political backlash. In other words, psychological lawfare stuff – intended for media consumption.

If Trump is elected, the Colorado Supreme Court must be arrested and put on trial for election interference. An example must be made that this kind of behavior is not tolerated. Anything less than this is a defeat for America.
