You do have a point there, but I would argue though that from 2000-08 in the states the religious nuts were in power. Plus look at all the clamp down in the media and freedom of speach since the 1980s. This is where the tories(conservatives) have been victorious there subversive victories. It is even said here that Tatchers greatest achievement is New Labour. Labour is no longer the party of the unions it is indeed an anti union and anti working class political organisation.

I have little time for religion myself. However I accept that others belief, but being from a part of the world that has been ripped apart by religious hatred at times I just cant stand ill informed remarks regarding followers of religions.

Yes islamic fundementalists are nut cases and need to be stamped out, but neo-cons are fundemental christians, same difference.

I just find the blatent islamophobia on the site incredible. Many of the statements about muslims, if they were interchanged with christians or jews there would be uproar.

Very strange season, brilliantly domestically but out of the champions league and lost to an israeli team in the europa cup(how disgraceful is that).
As for me things are good, back in college, currently in the process of moving up so little bit scattered, but it means regular football again and who knows might even start back the boxing lol. You gave Burnly some spanking alright, but I have to say I love Owen Coyle hes such a talented manager.

She's gorgeous - hilarious, walking (more like running and climbing) around now, saying a few words - absolutely a whirlwind and keeping me really run off my feet - especially since I'm nearly six months pregnant! But it's great, she's a darling and the joy of my life. School is hard once you get to the end - boring, seems to go on forever. You've been studying a long time now, haven't you? Will be good for you to finish and get moving!

Thanks frodders! It was lovely - a good break and a chance to get away from the computer for a bit - I'm a bit addicted sometimes hehe. How's things with you?

I know. I am conflicted. It would be poetically ironic in a lot of ways. However, frodly, I am holding back a lot.

The essence of any utopianism is: Conjure an ideal that makes an impossible demand on reality, then announce that, until the demand is met in full, your ideal can't be fairly evaluated. Attribute any incidental successes to the halfway meeting of the demand, any failure to the halfway still to go.
