Slickster lawyer David Boies is trying to help out Obama here.
Trying to convince those Toadies over at MSNBC that Obama's
    decision { which we now know was his,exclusively }
to take away as he promised he wouldn't the exemption that the
Catholic Faith had in standing to not force Catholic Institutions
like hospitals and schools { Georgetown,Viilanova etc. } to
mandate things such as paying for employees to choose
contraception methods, free of charge.Or pay a penalty for
    refusing to comply.
Boies arguing that It wasn't any abridging of the Constitution.
That as employers,ALL Employers have to comply with established federal
guidelines.Like an Hourly wage for ex.
Therefore Catholic Churches have no Constitutional right to
expect when as employers { Hospitals, schools } that their employees pay
out of pocket for things other employers under ObamaCare are duty
    bound to supply,free of charge.
    I say Boies is wrong.
A Faith and a Church Supercede any workforce. There is a far
greater calling and duty ascribed to belonging to a Church than a
workforce. One will have many Jobs and workplaces in their
Lifetime, but realistically and traditionally only One Faith and Chruch.
Seperation of Church and State is key. This is where Obama is Evil.
He is purposedly flexing his muscle to prove that he,and he alone is more
powerfull than both any Constitution and any Faith.
Because he and he alone is the one who decided to break his
promise to the Bishops and some congress members like
    Bart Stupack et.al.
Obama is trying to prove he can push an agenda no matter
how sensitive or Faith-based.That makes it certain as to his
Wickedness.Obama is trying to hide behind the assumption he cares
    about ALL Woman's health.
Is there any denying how much Obama cares about fetuses.
I think in Obama's world they're merely Zygote.

We keep religion separate from EVERYONE'S individual rights (under the U.S. Constitution) or not; that's the bottom line.

    So, what is it then??!!

This forum has gone crazy with wayyyy too many abortion discussions, which is of course only temporary; when I first came here it was all about OWS I believe, then about Big Fossil Fuel, and a few other big topics, and now abortion.

Oh well, I like to discuss this topic because I feel strongly about it, and because anti-abortioners suck and it's fun to outwit them :D

BTW... this "controversy" between the Catholic Church and the U.S. Government, is (by far) one of the BEST examples of why we need UNIVERSAL SINGLE PAYER HEALTH CARE (period)... that I have ever seen unfold (in real time) before the eyes of the American public.

The topics are kind of seasonal. Abortion in later winter, early spring; war in the late spring and early summer; canine marriages in the crazy days of autumn ...

Well, apparently maintaining an erection via medication is important enough to include in coverage....hey...why not contraception? After all, old men maintaining erections isn't exactly the concern of other healthcare subscribers...is it? It's just socialist to do this....a huge waste of money.

I still can't believe people are against me marrying my dog. What right do they have, my dog gave consent!

I would read up on what consent means, your dog is in no way or form able to give consent to anything.
Same sex between adults is ok because they can give consent, a kid under the age of 21/18/16 depending on the country or state can't give consent to sexual actions, so you can't have sex with a kid......

Not a single lucid responce to the OP.
I guess we haven't any budding Founder's in our midst.
I expected more.Like maybe what a 5th grader would say concerning
    this.

OK,here's the deal folks. This is proof,or more proof as to the kind
    of fraud and disingenuous doublespeak {doubletalker as in Used Car dealer}
we have occupying Our White House.
Obama is as usual expecting to have his Cake and eat it to.
Deny a Faith { Catholics } an Exemption based on that Faith's
practice.Like telling the Jewish they HAVE to work on saturday.Or
to Muslims,Eat that Pork.,Pork is the Good white meat.it's settled
science.Pork has been found to be better than Beef. Therefore ALL Muslims
and Jews will be served Pork at any Federal Cafeteria.Same exact thing.

Obama is trying to push the envelop the exact same way as Al Gore did
with Global Warming.Obama is gonna make the case that his Policy is based
on Reason and Science. And that as written in Salon this morning "
he comes to this decision precisely because he cherishes the free exercises
of Religion {or Not} of ALL Americans."
Can you believe that.Well that has been the kind of sheer doublespeak
we have come to expect from this Poser in our midst,or this Obama.
Makes perfect sense to maybe the Devil.Say one thing,do another.
Follow what I saymnot what I do.
Follow the Obama bouncing ball.Words mean only what they appear.
Actions May only speak louder than words. All the Obama's worlds
    a stage.A Reelectiuon.A Committment to one Party { Democrats}.
This is sheer dopiness. There is such a thing as Freedom of Religion.
A cherished human right.Even the United Nations agrees.
Is Obama doing this to appease those like The feminist {led By Senator Boxer}& legal entities like the ACLU,and Anti-religionists.You
bet yer bottom dollar. Is Obama doing this to pick a fight with Republican
candidates like Newt { said a couple times Obama and Democrats are
picking fights with Faith-based Religions and Christianity} and especially
    Santorum.

A Catholic hospital administrator, a Nun.. was fired and excommunicated for authorizing an emergency, life saving abortion a couple of years ago.

The woman's condition was dangerous and emergent, she couldn't be moved to another hospital..

Easily resolved. When any Pregnant Mother's life is in jeopardy
that Hospital should dispense with the formality of rules and
work to save the life of both Mother AND Fetus if possible.

It's one of the best examples of why we need a free market in medical care: free of brutish politicians and bureaucrats dictating everything.

Actually, the key is even more fundamental than that: the state has no right to dictate what sort of benefits packages employers are allowed to offer. The fact that it also run afoul of separation of church and state only shows the unintended consequences aggression and violence. Once you allow for a little violence in the system, it metastasizes until you have absolute despotism under one egomaniacal freak.

The idea that one group of people can violently impose their will on another group of people for some ill-defined reason is disgusting and this is just one of the uglier aspects of that diseased mentality.

I wonder what's going to happen when every Catholic school, hospital, charity, and university shut down and all those employees lose all their coverage. Another glorious achievements of brutes who rule us.

You realize, of course, that absolutely everyone here on this forum, that has an opinion on abortion...pro or con...escaped an abortion. Is it conceivable that those that so adamantly defend abortion are simply discontent with being alive and, deep down, wish that their mothers had aborted them?

Why not force them to use birth control? We have no rights to our persons, so why not just go ahead a force us to use it. It's inconsistent to say that Obama has the moral authority to force us to pay for birth control but not to force us to use birth control.

Catholic Churches could easily say ... Fine Obama.
We no longer will accept medicare patients.Or Medicaid.
Only those with Private insurance or only Catholics.

They could only hire "volunteers" and then just happen to give the volunteers sporadic monetary "gifts" as tokens of their service. That could work until Master gets around to banning that too.

Isn't it ironic that Obama would probably just love that idea.
That he's now got the Catholic Church and others thinking as he
    does.Welching on any promise or commitment.Just willy-nilly
deciding things on a whim like some Spoiled Brat King from
the Middle Ages when told it's time for his daily tablespoon
    of castor oil.
I think Obama would like for Catholics to get down and dirty over this.
    Maybe that was his Plan.
    I mean,now that we know for sure he's ...

    Evil
