You either heard wrong or are making (*)(*)(*)(*) up, most likely a combination of both.

Paul is not saying anything different than the 9/11 Commission Report. We were attacked due to:

    1. Occupying Holy Lands with a military presence
    2. Our sanctions on Iraq which wrecked havoc, killing up to a half a million children.
    3. Unabashed aid to Israel.
    http://www.911commission.gov/report/911Report.pdf

Paul never said we deserved it, but understanding the reasons why we were attacked is important. Unfortunately, people clung to the "they hate us because we have freedom fries". They find this comforting, because it excuses any misguided foreign policy that might have caused blowback.

Neo-con rejects do not deal in facts. They just kneel down and kiss rings.

It was the highlight of the debate for me. Paul did a great job explaining why Santorum is a fake fiscal conservative.

I agree. Paul made Santorum look like a fool wednesday night, and exposed him as the statist, big government neo-con that he really is. I find nothing petty or small about pointing out the overwhelming flaws in Santorum's "conservative" voting record, and furthermore, the Santorum campaign rebuttles by suggesting there's an alliance between Paul and Romney and they're working together against Santorum? So now pointing out instances where Santorum voted to drastically increase the size of the federal government is petty and small, but completely fabricating stories based on pure speculation and no evidence whatsoever is okay? How refreshing.

Pops has not just Wrong Ideas but as Dennis Prager Insists ...
BAD Ideas.Just look at the guy in a debate. He's nutty.
Talks and looks like Bernie Sanders. In fact he is a Bernie Sanders.
Paul is a radical Lefty who just so happens to prefer small government.

Do those in the Military know how Paul feels about a Military.
How unnecessary they are,Basically a waste of money.
That when challenged Paul would have to subscribe to a mindset
of not Increasing our Military but probably Defunding our Military.
Paul is making stooges out of those career Military.

The Three Stooges Ron Paul is running against have passed a lot of bad, anti-liberty legislation. Once any single one of Paul-o-phobes stops being a coward and expends an once of energy defending the authoritarian monsters you want us to vote for as an alternative, instead of just shrieking "No Paul! No Paul!" I'll listen.

As it is, I'd vote for a mannequin over the monsters Paul is running against.

What are you gonna say when it's found out that Paul has adopted
the Military votes as a may to make himself into some
Champion. That is why you will hear Pops Paul constant drumbeat of
how he's the favorite son of the Military among candidates. His
constant bragging about how soldiers/vets support him.
That is about the most sickening examply of courage I've ever
witnessed.Paul can't (*)(*)(*)(*) his mouth about how popular he is with
the military.Breaks with every code of Ethics and Virtue known to man.
A true Hero or Military man never goes around bragging.
In fact they are usually conspicuously silent.
Yet this Paul Fraud thinks it cute to traipse around as if General
    McArthur.

Thank you for sharing your opinion. Just exactly how is telling the truth considered bragging?

Yeah, Ron Paul is well known for his military braggadocio. That's why GOP warmongers love him so much.

Now, I'm not interested in hearing you repeat the same anti-Paul talking points I've heard ten thousand times before--newsletters, earmarks, blamin' 'Murka. I want to hear your defense of ONE of the other candidates. I want to hear why ONE of the other candidates is better than Ron Paul or at least better than a can of split peas. I think I have a yet to hear a single word defending a single candidate by a single Paul-o-phobe.

In fact, that might be a good definition for "Paul-o-phobe." It's a Republican that allocates all his time discussing candidates to bashing Paul and ZERO to defending, supporting, or backing up any other candidate. I want to hear you're defense of one of the other monsters. Say something positive about Savonarolum. Explain why he isn't fake.

    YEP!

They're lost in corporatist media propaganda. Foolardia especially hates anything from the alternative media who would dare take a viewpoint outside of the big corporatist establishment.

When one goes out of their way to keep reminded in every debate and
in every interview how the military supports them by far.
I think it is tacky.I've never heard a Pol talk like that besides
    John Kerry and Max Cleland.

Really? So you've never heard in all the debates and all the interviews Romney saying "I was in the private sector" or Gingrich saying "I helped balance the budget for 4 consecutive years" or (my personal favorite) Santorum "We were attacked because of our freedoms"...

That's fascinating you haven't heard them say that in just about every debate and interview...

    I'll help them start.

    1. Romney is for smaller government. In support of this statement I will offer that Romney passed Obamacare before it was Obamacare.

boasting almost incessantly like Ron Paul of how the military
    favor him big time.

I think it's pretty smart to argue that you have the support of the military when the rest of the Republican field is arguing against your foreign policy.

Indeed, it is shocking that our troops do not value fighting no-win wars in the middle east. But...I guess someone wins.
