Why hasn't Zimmerman been arrested?

I keep asking you to post the witnesses who saw the altercation start and the one that saw the fatal shot being fired and all I see is a blank page. I just find it amazing they saw Trayvon pummelling him but didn't see who threw the first punch or the shot being fired. You don't find that odd.

His white father or his hispanic one.

As you can see from the news 3 DAYS before your posting, asking why he hasn't been arrested, that a grand jury is convening to decide if he should be indicted, why would he be arrested before that?

Here is a google map of the area, can you spot the convenience store he allegedly walked to in the rain? I can't.

 

There are three convenience stores within a half mile of the complex. They are not within the gated community.

According to Officer Smith, Trayvon Martin’s body was “laying in the grass between the residences of 1231 Twin Trees Ln. and 2821 Retreat View Cir”—in the yard between buildings, not near the street.

How far away was the SUV? And, how far away was the concrete sidewalk?

 

If you acknowledge no one saw the shot how can you convict him without relying on your own racism to find in the gaps of evidence?

 

We keeping hearing that Trayvon attacked him and that Trayvon started the confrontation and that there are witnesses to it, but when I ask for the post of the person who saw the start and the fatal shot all I see are blank pages.

You do realize don't you that most criminals who are killed are in fact killed in "places they are allowed to be on" don't you?

So you think he should have just accepted, whatever Treyvon was about to do to him? What if what the father says, the son says that Treyvon said is true, ' youre going to die' or something to that effect?

 

T was 70 yards from his house but allegedly decided to return and confront Z. He could have kept walking.

 

Your right no one saw the fatal shot, so we should just take his word for it. There was a retired cop on ABC that stated, "in almost every case were someone is killed and the shooting is questionable, the person is arrested and a jury determines guilt or innocence". There is no doubt that this is questionable because there are too many unknowns. Even the police were gonna arrest him that night, but the DA said no and has since resigned.

Seeing as to how Z was no where near his vehicle it looks like that is exactly what T was doing until cut off by Z. I wonder if Z would have been so gung-ho if T was a grown man.

 

Well, if you want to make something up other than what is in the record, sure. According to T's parents, T was 6'3".

...I'll tell you what SUPABADBRUTHA, I'll bet that this wasn't Trayvon's first trip through this neighborhood...so Zimmerman started watching him...on this trip Trayvon probably got wise to it and when he saw his chance he thought he'd deal with Zimmerman's punk ass and give him a gheto beatdown...except all he brought was skittles to a gun fight...I honestly don't know the reason why Trayvon did what he did but I don't think his intent was anything more then a beatdown...which anyone with balls would do to someone perceived as a nusence...his mistake was doing it to the wrong person...I'm sad about this for one reason, Trayvon didn't have a gun or knife so that tells me he wasn't as bad as people are trying to make him out...I'm sure he was a little rough around the edges but probably a decent kid, inspite of smoking pot and having trouble at school...I am sorry for what happened but sometimes you get what you ask for and he asked to get shot...I am sorry for the waste of Trayvon's life...the white kid that got killed by the 3 bruthas?...he asked for it no doubt, a bad drug deal?...maybe he tried to take their corner?...he didn't pay what he owed?...he did something just like Trayvon did...I've been around thugs my whole life, and this stuff doesn't just happen out of the blue...yeah, there are instances where people get jumped in McDonalds or jumped on a bus, but people don't get shot for nothing, they ask for it one way or another...

From what I have read, the closest store is 1.4 miles away. Looking at the pictures there is a small concrete slab in the grass.
