What the OP wanted was if obama had ever had a real job and not a position where other people (tax monies) pay for his salary. Unlike Romney who created a business and created jobs, obama has been woefully derelick or absent from ever having had a real job.
I just think it's a bit silly for Obama to talk to us common folk about having silver spoons in our mouths. Considering he wouldn't know a hard days work if it bit him. Some of us, well I suppose after 3 years of hope n change a lot less, work hard for a living. I certainly have no interest in hearing the man talk to me about silver spoons.
There is no proof that Romney created jobs but his firm bankrupty a few look at the fiasco of KB Toys I work for the former CEO and he has never ran a sycceful company.

Being on a board is barely a job. You show up for a meeting once every few months, talk about sports, then go home. I know I'm on one and others I know on other boards have very similar experiences=) A job? Barely. He was at a law firm. What cases did he try? Oh, probably sat around a table with a bunch of other lawyers, ate some breakfast and called it a day. Lecturer?? He spent an hour every few months talking about theory? Barely a job. Director of a non profit? Another non-job. Senator? You mean the guy who just signed his name "present" then walked out or the guy who did fantastic things for his city and state? Basically he's been in the public sector his whole life, a career politician, which explains a lot of his attitudes. He knows about as much about being in the real world as Romney. I don't like Romney, but in any comparison of experience, Obama is in a little leagues, except for being POTUS, but then again, look at the job he's done. People were worried about Palin potentially being POTUS, yet she would've done about as good a job as Obama.
Maybe when he flies his family down to Colombia on my dime he should spend some time thinking just how in touch he is with the rest of the country. And he can go f%^& himself.
How did Obama PAY for his many College/University.That seems like a pretty fair and above board question,especially for a President. All those are real jobs. Also, many high achieving students don't works in school, as getting an education is their job. Obama had to study to be able to go to an Ivy Leage school. Only two people from my high school made it into an Ivy Leage school and neither worked a part time job. Their full time and only job was school. Just because you are jelouse some people excell at academics doesn't mean you have a real job while they don't. One person scoops ice cream because they didn't get good grades. One went to law school then sat on a company board then President. One person has a real job one person doesn't. The person who studied and succeeded has the real job.
My wife and I worked 2 jobs in grad school. My dad worked in fast food to help pay for tuition at MIT.
