Old news, this was reported weeks ago but the media just ignored it. I'm not surprised as most Peruvians are mixed.

For most reasonable, rational people, the RACE has nothing to do with this case. It is all about the killing of a young innocent man. . .no matter what is race, and no matter what the race of the killer.

 

If you truly believed that yo wouldn't be defending people on your side who have been saying this is about race from the beginning.

You're sort of preaching to the choir. It's mainly Trayvon's supporters who insist TM was killed for 'walking while being black and carrying skittles and iced tea'.

If Zimmerman had shot a white kid, this story might have made a blip in the national news, might have generated a few threads... then that would be the end of it. Under the circumstances, the police would have made the same decision... self defense.

The only reason this case has gathered so much attention is because of the racial/class elements. That's it. There are far worse cases of black youths being murdered... like non-stop. But there is nothing of political value in those cases.

This incident has turned into the biggest race baiting wank fest that I can remember. It's sad really.

 

How anyone can claim race has nothing to do with it, when Sharpton is involved, is HIGHlarous.

If liberals have been the ones trying to get Zimmerman locked up (even going so far as to put a bounty on his head and threaten riots if he is not convicted) and conservatives have been the ones defending his innocence, why on earth would he remain a Democrat after this ordeal?

 

For Sharpton, Jackson, state prosecutors and the media it has EVERYTHING to do with race.

 

First, Zimmermans psychopathy will come out in court ... no matter how wacked-out the specualtion conservatives come up with about the case ... nobody drives around looking for a *suspicious-looking* black to confront and shoot to death ... with the exception being the Tulsa mass-murderers ...

2nd ... I know quite a few *white* conservative *older* men who have driven everyone out of their lives simply because of *Liberal Hatred* ... even driving their conservative children and spouses out of their lives with their self-loathing-hate they don't even know they're doing ... quite a sad thing to see ...

 

Oh, really. Then why did President Barack Obama say, "If I had a son he would look like Trayvon."? Why have the two race hustlers, Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton become involved? Why did the New Black Panther Party put a bounty on Zimmerman's head? Why are there so many incidents of blacks attacking whites and saying, "This is for Trayvon."?

When the story first broke, this forum was full of threads with titles like: If Zimmerman Wasn't Racist...Why Did He Call Trayvon Martin a "f***ing coon?"

The race baiters on this forum as well as to idiots like Sharpton and the rest of the clowns in the racial injustice industry were under the impression that Zimmerman was a white man. To them, this issue was solely about race. All the usual idiots jumped to conclusions without even caring about the actual facts of the case. Then we found out he was Hispanic and now part black and suddenly the argument has morphed to where race had nothing to do with it?

While I agree that all the people who immediately jumped on the racism angle are neither reasonable nor rational, that doesn't mean we should simply allow them to get away with their absurdly ludicrous assertions without challenging them and pointing out how preposterous their moronic positions are.

 

Are you saying that Zimmerman was driving around looking for blacks to shoot to death? Can you actually document that assertion? The media certainly attempted to make that point I know. Of course, they did it by splicing together audio to give that impression.

 

No, I'm speculating ... say, like you and your conservative buddies here do ... if there's one thing the prosecutors in this case have learned from the Casey Anthony case ... where there is no evidence except motive ... and where the Casey Anthoney prosecution motive was, was that Casey Anthony killed her child because Casey wanted to be a slut ... resulting in an acquittal ...

Well, the prosecution in the Zimmerman case will be careful not to make that mistake ... if Zimmermans' attorney is smart, he won't put Zimmerman on the stand ... sadly though, he already did.
