Judge wants to know more about PayPal account ?

Seminole County Courthouse website reveals that a court date for a “Proceeding: ARRAIGNMENT SET” is scheduled to take place on May 8, 2012, at 1:30 p.m.

Associated Press published in the Daily Herald stating, “Florida Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester said he wanted to know more about the money.”

    http://www.examiner.com/article/wil...rge-zimmerman-s-credibility-into-the-equation

According to Timothy Williams of The New York Times, Judge Kenneth R. Lester, Jr., of the Seminole County Courthouse in Florida has ruled that he will not address the $200,000 that was discovered in George Zimmerman’s PayPal account yesterday; unless it is disclosed that the Zimmerman family had control of the funds at the time of the bond hearing on April 20, 2012.

This information is inaccurate as the Seminole County Courthouse website reveals that a court date for a “Proceeding: ARRAIGNMENT SET” is scheduled to take place on May 8, 2012, at 1:30 p.m.
Mike Schneider of the Associated Press had an article published in the Daily Herald stating, “Florida Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester said he wanted to know more about the money.”

At the bond hearing on April 20, 2012, Mrs. Shelly Zimmerman said, they had no money to make the bond amount.

When Mrs. Shelly Zimmerman testified at George Zimmerman’s bond hearing, she said only her brother-in-law knew how much money was in the website that George Zimmerman or someone else on his behalf had created.

Looking in retrospect to the bond hearing on April 20, 2012, Mrs. Shelly Zimmerman’s responses at the bond hearing were rather curious.

When asked if she or George Zimmerman would not be able to make the bond amount, Mrs. Shelly Zimmerman answered, “I believe that would be correct.”

In no categorical terms did she answer this question in the affirmative.
When asked, “And, how much is in that website right now, how much is the result of that website please?” Mrs. Shelly Zimmerman’s response was, “Currently, I do not know.”

This answer is an indication that, at some point, Mrs. Shelly Zimmerman had known how much was in the website account.

If a person does not currently know how much is in an account, wouldn’t it be reasonable to assume that that person knew how much money was previously in an account?

However, Mrs. Shelly Zimmerman stated that she couldn’t provide an estimate for the court at the bond hearing.

In fact, she says she couldn’t give an estimate as to how much money was obtained where she responds, “Maybe not.”

George's wife told the judge that they had been on unemployment off and on and that she had no place to live.

Sounds like some effort to deceive.

Yeah, I mean the more I think about it, I bet they stopped working and all this stuff, just in anticipation of the night the lust for the blood of a black child overcame George just so they could get more money off a would be fund that would be started, when George finally listened to the voices and had to take out a coon, finally.

GZ couldn't really hold down a job and was having his wages garnished.

But, you are welcome to your fanciful hallucinations.

Well Margot, maybe you live in a country where unemployment isn't an issue? You act as if its just so bizarre for someone not to have a job or you are trying to make some point like it matters he wasn't working, as if you are trying to say, he wasnt working, so he planned to kill a black kid to get cash. Its almost certifiable to take those kind of extreme leaps.

No unemployment is an issue .. especially in the area of Sanford.. That's why the housing collapse was so severe.. Unlike Miami Gardens where 80% own their homes and unemployment is 5%.

But GZ had NO marketable skills.. He worked as a bouncer and was fired for being too aggressive.. Yet he couldn't take a punch.

Why do you think he is being arraigned?

Margot, dont talk to me like I am 5 and asked why he was going to be in court or that I am not aware of what the charge is ok? So bouncers are not good enough people to you, and hes a huge (*)(*)(*)(*)(*) so he deserves everything he gets? I am sorry that being a bouncer isnt a profession you find decent of human decency or respect. I am sorry you think its ok to hit someone and not be in touch with reality to even think the other person shouldnt be able to defend himself, thats fing absurd, and borderline psychotic.

I have known TWO bouncers and a professional body guard.

They were huge and strong and very cool.

They could handle themselves.. and diffuse situations.. only using physical force when appropriate and with great restraint.

GZ is a dunce.. and his foolishness killed a teen ager.

Its just so disgusting in this day and age, someone actually thinks, its ok for a kid to go and punch someone because they think they are acting suspicious, and thats justified. But then again I am not 367 years old and out of touch with reality and am in the late stages of dementia.

Don't you mean its disgusting in this day and age that some highly aggressive person can "patrol" the streets and stalk and confront those "he" deems "suspicious"? Oh and then murder them even though they are unarmed.

Oh right T "attacked" him I forgot. Z did absolutely nothing wrong to warrant that....:disbelief:

Look.. In court, GZ is going to be confronted with carrying a weapon and having worked as a bouncer.. yet he was sooooooooo afraid of a 17 year old he had followed and frightened..

Failing to identify himself and knowing the police were on the way.... GZ is a dunce.

If GZ had pulled that stunt on me.. followed me, scared me and cornered me.. suddenly reached for his gun or a cell phone.. I would have punched him.

Use your brain.. Someday you may have a son.

Hey, whatever. Only a moron doesn't realize this comes down to the word of someone alive, and someone that can never speak again, and its up to you why you decided to believe the world of Trayvon Martin over George Zimmerman.

    Interesting...

So as long as I kill the person I attack, I can claim self defense because he can no longer talk.

If you got that from what I wrote, it must be the voices in your head that made you come to that conclusion because thats not what I said at all. But you know that.

    What "word"???

They do have evidence or they wouldn't be bringing charges.

You can't plead being "scared" when you are armed and have worked as a bouncer.

You can't plead self defense when you have stalked and profiled and failed to identify yourself... when you KNOW the police are on the way.

GZ's crime may boil down to him simply being stupid.

How's that? Unemployment benefits are very easy to check out and her not having a plce to live is certainly a possibility, considering the circumstances......

This is very rational. So if you have ever been a bouncer, you are forever a badass or something? So stupid, lol.

I have no doubt that they had been on unemployment or that she had no place to live and NO savings.

I just wonder why they didn't know that there was $204,000 in the website account.

GZ must have had a laptop because he asked for money less than a week before his bail hearing.

I already told you about the bouncers and bodyguards that I have known.. Why are you going back to that?

BTW.. I spoke with my US Secret Service friend this past week-end.. He's a conservative.. He says GZ is a moron.

free loaders. Now the Tea Bags are defending a leech on the government.

His family should start hiding their money because Zimm's going to claim bankruptcy when he loses teh civil case that will be coming after his trial.

Z will not be in court.

It is dumb to think only her brother in law knew how much was in the account because she had no place to go and admittedly no money yet we are to believe her brother in law is going to keep it a secret?

We also know they used some of the money for bail proving they had access prior to Z's release.

The question I have not seen answered is how Z's attorney didn't get called out for lying. He was in court when the money from the website was addressed quite specifically but he claims he didn't hear anything about it until five days later.

They were crying poor mouth to keep bail as low as possible while knowing dam well they had $200,000 in cash on PayPal.

Who wants to be the genius to claim Z's brother would keep that a secret from Z and his wife???????

On Z's website it states a $1,000 was put into Z's canteen account in jail. So explain this:

Why would they put money in his jail account if he was given bail?

I think that proves pretty clearly they knew about the money and had access before the bail hearing because you don't put $1,000 in to a jail account for someone you know is getting out in a couple of days.
