You would think listening to the racists on here that America is rampant with gangs of angry blacks across the country, beating up white folks, leaving them to die on the ground. Over the past three and a half years, that's been the mantra of the right wing from Drudge and his alarmist headlines, to FOX news, to the thousands and thousands of racist blogs and commentaries on forums like this. One would think it's all the black man's fault. Except it's not. It's because a black man was elected President. According to the most recent FBI statistics, hate crimes against blacks have increased, while hate crimes against whites have decreased. So...Before the racists on here start talking about a race war, look in the mirror and see who's starting it.
ummmmm can you prove all hate crimes against blacks were by a white person??? also when a white person victimizes a black they will most likely have the hate crime legislation thrown at them, but when blacks victimize a white its never considered a hate crime very often. also why dont we look on who kills who more shall we. i wanna see numbers on white on black crime, black on white and black on black. lets see who the clear winner in that is. oh and another thing, alot of time hispanics are considered white apparently now so that can jack up the white on black crime numbers. but no, lets not take the whole truth into account.

Those numbers are meaningless since the authorities try not to admit hate crimes or report hate crimes when the victim is white and the perp is black.

once again its not very common you see a black person being charged with a hate crime for attacking a white person, even if its the same crime a white person committed against a black and it was charged as a hate crime. black on white crimes happen very often down here in the south, but they hardly make hate crime status because that would be anti-PC apparently.

Hate crime data is worthless. It is not consistently applied and requires that certain epithets be used at the scene. I am not sure about statistics but probably there are more white, black , mestizo , homosexual, heterosexual and the rest people than the disabled , it is possible that per capita the worst perpetrators are the anti-disability people .
The way libs work around that troubling little fact is to ignore it and simply do not declare black-on-white crime as a hate crime.

Your "black guy" is using statistics from 1995 provided to him by the New Century Foundation, funded by the New Pioneer Group, a known white supremacist group. I'm using FBI Hate Crime statistics. That's all that can be used to prove a racial motivation for a crime. Did that proverbial black man beat the white man because he was white, or because he had his wallet out? See what I mean? More from the FBI (2010, btw): It's pretty obvious looking at those statistics that the white is the instigator of most hate crimes.
