the bottom line is that a guy who has SO much money that he installs car elevators in his vacation home probably doesn't have a lot of credibility when trying to pass himself off as an "everyman" guy who is "one of us". He isn't He has zero idea about what it means to make your way in this world dealing with the everyday sorts of issues that the rest of us deal with. He is out of touch.

And Romney’s funds which are squirreled away in off shore accounts for tax advantages only removes him farther away from what most people can relate to.
