You do realize its a Judge that can spring him, and thats it right? No posts on a message board are going to get him out, duh. Then lets say the Judge says, hey, hes going to sit a year, neverminding the time he has served would cover him, if he was charged with perjury, with time served for that "crime" but you forget he hasn't been charged with that. Crump had nothing to do with the Zimmermans colluding to deceive the court and their attorney.

I think its even money whether the judge will grant bail... OMara pleaded that GZ didn't trust the system if you recall.

 

I actually think Omara wants Z to stay in jail until the trial which is why he gave more evidence against releasing Z.

Omara was too scared of Z being cross examined and the judge had to notice that.

You are currently unable to respond. But for the record, I doubt Omara is "scared to death". Don't suspect any attorney would be that way in that situation. That he was making the best legal decision for that moment would be more like it.

More importantly. he knows full well that his client must testify, at least at a self-defense hearing. That is the Law. If this goes to trial, and Z maintains that defense, it must happen. It will only not happen if for some reason there is not a trial.

 

And lets not act like Zimmerman is soooooooo scared to get on the stand. He had the balls to get on and apolgize to the indignant family of Trayvon Martin.
