Well now you are showing you don't understand the decision. Bad things never get better with age and this one is real bad and it's getting worse with age.
No movie was banned. The citizen untied 'movie' was and still is electioneering, period. Michel Moore's movies are neither propaganda nor electioneering.
Under McCain-Feingold, Fahrenheit 911 probably could have been banned within the 90 day time period leading up to the 2004 election if some enterprising Conservative group had though to push that issue. Thankfully they didn't. I don't want anyone banned. Nor do I want the government to have the ability to ban.
If Obama & Romney each get $ 1/2 billion in matching funds from govt/taxpayers, we have already wasted too much.
Man this thread is cracking me up, I never knew giant corporations and billionaires were so disenfranchised!
And I never knew the left despised the 1st Amendment and free speech so much. Live and learn I guess.
Look at history, people haven't been making their own decisions ever. Churches make the decisions for many, or other leader who people get behind. The person with the loudest message often gets the most notice regardless if they are right or wrong. The reality is many people are followers, and allowing a few people with many resources to repeat the same message over and over will sway the general public.
