    They did that in the early 20th Century, and Americans were so deluded, even then, that they accepted Communist zoning regulations over their property.

    Just think, street vendors are protected from harrassment in Syria.

    The woman being hassled is not selling, but giving food.

    And Syria is one the countries we're trying to destroy.

    theunbubba, we've all bickered back and forth enough. Bottom line it for us. What do you want? Do you want anyone that wants to do anything to be allowed to do it? If that lady's next door neighbor wants to open a strip club in their house and blare music till 4am with a stream of women and sleazy men coming in and out do you think it should be allowed?

    No I have seen so much local government fraud that I believe it was about palm greasing. So there was a zoning issue? She is providing a service! They should be more accommodating and help her out! Hell set he up where there are no issues.

    Nine times out of ten, I agree with this sentiment... but this instance would be the one time I don't. Come on man, we are talking about basic zoning here. This is not some government conspiracy to make us all lick the boots of the jack-booted statist thugs. This is a city enforcing its zoning ordinances. You want to see what a city looks like when it doesn't enforce its ordinances? Go to Detroit sometime...
