Conservative Bill Crystal said on FOX News Sunday that Romney's speech at the GOP convention was devoid of any specifics on his plan for America, which allows the democrats to define him. Well here is the perfect description.

"He's a real nowhere man, living in his nowhere land, thinking of his nowhere plans for nobody."

This is the perfect tv and radio ad for liberals to get through to the undecided voters.

We all know that the Tea Party agenda is smaller government and lower taxes. Insults and pejoratives is no substitute for meaningful debate. This is the Romney/Ryan republican plan for America. Get the government off the backs of business and individuals so that we can unleash the productivity of the private sector, generate more revenues for the government in doing so, and pay down the debt by downsizing government expenditures. Simple.

If anything, it is the democrats who are the fascists because they want a stronger government which controls the engine of the economy. Fascism is antithetical to conservatism.

Fascism=A far right wing form of government i.e. Mussolini's fascist Italy and Hitler's Nazi party.

    Fascist Ideology
Fascist ideology was largely the work of the neo-idealist philosopher, Giovanni Gentile. It emphasized the subordination of the individual to a "totalitarian" state that was to control all aspects of national life. Violence as a creative force was an important characteristic of the Fascist philosophy. A special feature of Italian Fascism was the attempt to eliminate the class struggle from history through nationalism and the corporate state. Mussolini organized the economy and all "producers" - from peasants and factory workers to intellectuals and industrialists - into 22 corporations as a means of improving productivity and avoiding industrial disputes. Contrary to the regime's propaganda claims, the system ran poorly. Mussolini was forced into compromises with big business and the Roman Catholic Church. The corporate state was never fully implemented. The inherently expansionist, militaristic nature of Fascism contributed to imperialistic adventures in Ethiopia and the Balkans and ultimately to World War II.
    Nazism
Nazism refers to the totalitarian Fascist ideology and policies espoused and practiced by Adolf Hitler and his National Socialist German Worker's Party from 1920-1945. Nazism stressed the superiority of the Aryan, its destiny as the Master Race to rule the world over other races, and a violent hatred of Jews, which it blamed for all of the problems of Germany. Nazism also provided for extreme nationalism which called for the unification of all German-speaking peoples into a single empire. The economy envisioned for the state was a form of corporative state socialism, although members of the party who were leftists (and would generally support such an economic system over private enterprise) were purged from the party in 1934.

Romney's plans are fairly well laid out on his website and conventions are not designed to get into details about what your doing. They are held to rally the base and get your side motivated to get the nominee elected. The debates are where you expect to here greater details.

YEAH...THE OLD "WE'LL TELL YOU WHAT'S UP AFTER THE ELECTION". .....Great strategy. Why are GOPers 4 years late on everything?
One thing is for sure...Fox noise will have plenty of failed presidential baggage to create a whole new show.

If I was a GOPer, I'd get to work on the fat guy in NJ right away for 2016.

Nazi officials, such as Joseph Goebbels and Heinrich Himmler, in private viewed Nazism as more radical than Italian Fascism that they identified as being too supportive of capitalism.

The Nazis argued that capitalism damages nations due to international finance, the economic dominance of big business, and Jewish influences within it.[170] Adolf Hitler, both in public and in private, held strong disdain for capitalism; he accused modern capitalism of holding nations ransom in the interests of a parasitic cosmopolitan rentier class. He opposed free-market capitalism's profit-seeking impulses and desired an economy in which community interests would be upheld. He distrusted capitalism for being unreliable, due to it having an egotistic nature, and he preferred a state-directed economy.

Clinton framed the agenda of the cons perfectly for voters:
If you believe that we are all in this together, then vote for Obama, if you believe that you are on your own, then vote for Romney.
You people can gussy it up all you want with lies to the contrary ("we aren't going to have our campaign dictated by fact checkers"), but that's the real choice for voters in 2012.

    .

And after reading all of that you still think that Facism is anymore right than the right side of socialism? The only difference between socialism and Fascism is that Fascist are smart enough and duplicitous enough to leave Joe business guy in place so they can have some one to blame should the occassion arise that the wheels run off. Meanwhile the Fascist dictate virtually everything Joe business guy does in terms of his workers, energy sources in use, products he makes and their specifications. Sound familiar?

Smaller government and less taxation are fascism?

Clearly, gophangover has no clue what fascism is if he/she equates it to SMALLER GOVERNMENT.

Fascism (like Naziism, socialism, and Communism) is statism which features BIGGER GOVERNMENT.

The Tea Party strenuously advocates smaller government. Thus the Tea party is the polar opposite of fascism, and gophangover has thus shown him/herself to be a fool.

The cons had the White House and both chambers of congress from 2001-2007 and the government only got bigger, and the national debt doubled, so your smaller government claim is just B.S.. That chit don't flush no more.

I would agree, but people would see it differently: Obama got us nowhere in the last 4 years, while this new commer hypocrite got himself rich, so they're hoping he could get them rich as well if they "hire" him. if I was democrats, I would focus on his outsourcing jobs over and over again
