8.6% unemployment in July, 14.9% underemployment, less work force participation than in decades, more folks getting on the disability roles than finding a new Obamanomics job AND GDP @ 1.5%. If this doesn't drastically change by Nov 6th, it's Obama and the Democrats who are in big trouble. Nothing Clinton can say will change that.
Clinton lied about the blow job. He shook the same finger at US and dead-pan lied on the national airways. Every time he shook that finger last night I was reminded what an excellent liar he really is.
Your short term memory is suffering for some reason, I was talking about Harry Reid and the exact point that you said about one side never working with the other. I was counterpointing your remark that....... You seem to imply it's the Republicans "not playing ball" and never working with the other side. Just look at the Democrat Senate for fine examples of that. That's the reason they will lose the Senate in November. They need 19 seats in the House and 13 in the Senate for a filibuster proof majority, I think they'll get it. Most open enrollment for company sponsored health plans are in Sept and Oct, I wonder how folks will react when the company tells them 2013 is the last year and they will no longer sponsor health care as of Jan 2014. [sarcasm]I'm sure they'll vote for Obama and the Democrats.[/sarcasm]
Too funny sid, the democrats would do the same thing. They did it to Bush, and they will do it to Romney. Stop fooling yourself, politics is a very dirty game, I grew up in California where the democrats have had control for decades and still blame republicans for all the failures of the state.
How childish you are. They do it too? Really? Who has the record for filibusters? Who has held up a record number of judicial nominations? Take some responsibility for the people you vote for and their horrible and unpatriotic behavior.
They are getting rid of politicians that think they have an open check book, and it is high time to do it before the train runs off the cliff. You liberals live in some la la land thinking just print more money will solve everything. The TEA Party goes after anyone that does not hold a strong conservative approach to our nations budgets. Democrats are the party of enablers, Republicans are the party of tough love, too bad you liberals are not smart enough to figure that out.
I see, you personally attack me by saying I am childish. That must be the inclusiveness liberals refer to. The democrats are just as bad as the republicans when it comes to defeating the other side, but I have yet to hear Mitt Romney call Obama a felon or a murderer. See how ugly that sounds Mr Inclusive?
Obama's agenda was and still WAY out of sync with what the majority wants, take Obama Care. Just the fact that the Democrats lost a historic 63 seats in the House and 6 in the Senate should tell you the American people want Obama as a one term President. So the Republican are simply doing what the people want. Don't you get that? Folks that don't listen to the people that put them there get booted like the Democrats did in 2010. The first 15 bills are designed to reduce Government Red Tape and allow businesses to grow and hire more people are already in Harry "Do Nothing" Reid's hands. You'll need to ask him why he's holding up these important "jobs" bills.
...my wife is the prime example of "liberal utopian"...we went round and round about my daughter and her attitude...spolied and lazy brat...so we went to family therapy for 6 months and the look of horror and disbelief my wife had when she was confronted for her bs was funny as hell...even when it was the therapist...but in the end she finally owned up to it and was on the right road for a while...but as time goes by she gradually starts going back into that old rut again...luckily my daughter has seen the light and she has made some very positive changes to her life that really show... Kabuki Joe
Nonsense. Forget how the speech sounds and read it. Don't blame Romney for sounding fake or be seduced by Clinton's charm. Read a full transcript of Clinton's speech and Romney's speech and there is no comparison. Clinton was about actual facts and he had the stones to outline the core difference between Romney and Obama. If you think that we are all in this together, vote for Obama. If you think that you're on your own, vote for repubs. Romney was all platitudes and specious attacks on Obama. Devoid of any actual substance, as even repubs pointed out. Romney is congenitally incapable of taking any sort of stand, so he is limited in what he can ever say in a speech.
So, where were you all of her life, Joe? Screwing around on the internet while your wife was left to do all the child rearing?
Funny stuff....I've been told I couldn't really get the "context" of Obama's "you didn't build that" screed without listening to it now I'm being informed I must read Clinton's speech to fully appreciate it. dizzying, they
Of course you think that, you're a romney voter, you will say that about everything coming out of the convention and you will defend and believe the outright lies that came of of the failed RNC last week.
Typical liberal response, from someone who has never had any children. You liberals have enabled this society of spoiled brats for far too long, and things, they are a change n', because it is your behavior that will cause a societal meltdown.
Great points Joe, tough love can be unbelievably hard, but it is that love that will bring them around every time. It works for the family, it will work in society.
There's a few good reasons to hate on Bill Clinton, the guy who: 1. Aided the drug boom in Mena, Arkansas that killed thousands and destroyed many families. 2. Took America to a secret war with Somalia 3. Sullied the office of White House by skeeting his residue on an intern for tabloids to eat up This guy has about as much credibility as a clogged toilet at an Interstate truckstop.
So you didn't watch the speech. And you think the speech was terrible. Again why are you here? You don't see me commenting on a Romney or Ryan speech that I didn't watch? Why? Because I have some (*)(*)(*)(*)ing integrity.
Thank you TBB, I appreciate your point about the substance of Mr. Clinton speech. I agree, he clearly made several good and verifiable points. Absolutely no argument from me on that. I wish it were he that were running. lol Unfortunately it isn't, and I simply do not trust Mr. Obama's leadership ability. But I do appreciate your thoughtful and civil post. Thank you also for the correction. ~ "Rhodes Scholar," I wish I could say I was making a joke (embarrassed). I knew it, simply had a D'ass moment apparently. haha ...now that you mentioned it, I have several jokes I could make of it... but I've give President Clinton breathing room.
I know you only want your Obamabot buddies in here to have a mindless circle jerk of glee about these losers but I'm here because I need to be here to keep nonsense threads like this from cresting into something it's not. It needs to stay in perspective that Bill Clinton is/was/and will always be a dirtbag Politician that has no credibility, and grandstanding for Obama doesn't win him any points with anybody. I'm here to keep that fresh on people's minds' since they tend get Political amnesia a lot.
