Except the Voter ID Law would not violate the Constitution, but rather support it and ensure its laws remain intact. Voter ID exists to hinder voter fraud (whether double voting or noncitizen voting). Your indifference to the fraud is disgusting.
yes some were ripping off Acorn by turing in fake "registrations", but someone registering as daffy duck is not the same as daffy duck voting, anyone can fill out a form for a absentee ballot... without ID .
The logic must be it's better to disenfranchise citizens responsible enough to present an ID than presumably disenfranchise a few irresponsible citizens, illegals and some voter named mickey mouse. Good job again by our judicial elite.

Actually there's no excuse for having voter ID laws. The type of voter fraud ID laws combat, voter impersonation, doesn't exist on any notable level.

You got it wrong! He didn't block the voter ID law. . .he just postponed it until it doesn't fall within such a narrow frame of time before the elections that it would have a biased effect on the elections. The Democrats were all for a National ID card in 2005 and even in 2010. . . and the Republicans balked against it. . .saying it was an infringement on privacy rights. Then, suddenly, a few months (weeks!) before the elections, they want an ID for voting! Duh. . .what's the rush? Except, obviously, to desenfranchise a whole population who MIGHT vote overwhelmingly for Obama! This was an EXCELLENT decision! We can ALL have a voter ID (or a National ID card) for the 2016 elections!
