Have you ever watched these other stations? History is mostly about antiquing and ancient alien theories. Nat Geo has taken on so many "reality" shows that it's barely educational. (not that the Hutterites and the Gypsies are not interesting, but it's not all that) TLC has some good stuff, though it's mixed with either thinly veiled fictions (http://press.discovery.com/us/apl/p...-planets-mermaids-body-found-paints-wil-1903/ -- which also ran on TLC), or yet more reality programs. If that's your arguement, I'll keep PBS.
