Do you mean that they failed to extend a temporary "tax holiday" meant to help stimulate the economy? This should have never been extended the first time.

Bush era tax CUTS stimulated the economy, FACT in 2005 US economy was best it has ever been!!! Now in 2013 it's close to the worst it has ever been!!! Obama and congress cant do anything right...especially for the middle class.

Your OP is in reference to the payroll tax, that was not one of Bush's tax cuts from 2003. Best as far as what? What measurement are you using for that claim? Worst as far as what?
