What would you do were a black youth charging right at you?

If FixingLosers was about to shoot a young black male, what kind of gun would you use to shoot Fixingloosers?

I'm thinking about a rifle, but its not safe to shoot rifles in a neighborhood because the bullet travels so far.
Then the spread of a shotgun could hit the young black male.
And a pistol is not accurate enough.

I'm thinking about a full choke shotgun loaded with buckshot (or) a scoped small caliber rifle.

A well placed small caliber rifle shot would stop Fixingloosers, but if you miss the bullet is going to travel, and possibly hit a innocent person.

I'm thinking that if FixingLooser's is at a close range, then a full choke shotgun loaded with buckshot would be a good choice.
But if he is further away then (perhaps) a small caliber rifle would be a good choice (but what about the bullet traveling and hitting an innocent person?)

Whats the best and safest gun to use on madmen in crowded neighborhoods ?

they are used as self defense in those situations, simply because you dont know if the other person has a gun of his own or not. and to be quite honest the only person at fault in this situation if they get shot is the intruder on someone elses property who decides to attack the homeowner.

but im lucky, i dont have to go out of my front or side door to inspect someone on my property, i can simply open my windows and holler at them if i please. plus fat chance getting into my house anyways, they will be lunch the moment they open the door lol. so you basically have 3 choices if you are a stranger scoping out my property, you can either get the hell off or you are going to be shot or eaten lol.

depends on the actions of the person on my property to be honest. if its just some dumbass being stupid or running his mouth and wont leave ill just call the cops. but if they are say trying to get into my house or violently advancing with a weapon or pull a gun then yes i will shoot.

Ive never really had a bad issue with people on my lawn, im pretty lenient considering people cross my property all the time because there is no sidewalk in my neighborhood so they do it to stay out of the street.

but yeah if it was the right situation i would open fire, but you have to be truly showing me that you are coming after me or trying to get into my home.

no, that was towards the question from the OP about a person on my property who decides to attack. a person like that literally has the 3 choices i mentioned if attacking me or anyone in my home is their intention.

 

but you went on to say that you stayed in the house, so he wasn't attacking you. according to your scenario, you would shoot him thru the window.

 

if he is approaching my house in a violent manner, whether im outside my door or looking out my window from upstairs im gonna shoot. plain and simple, you dont go onto someones lawn acting like a psychopath and making violent advances. so yeah, if it calls for it i will shoot him through the window.
