Like I said, you are clueless. Go to mexico and you wll find the coca ola is made with sugar, not corn syrup, and Mexico has MORE of a health problem than the US

    Baloney.
There is no practical difference between corn syrup and sugar from cane or beets. The problem is not the sort of sugar, but the amount.

Coors produces a product that, if consumed in moderation, does no harm to anyone. So does Coca Cola. That some individuals choose to over indulge is not the fault of the producer.

!!You are merely proving the point!!

Mexicans and Australians are unhealthy because of US food inventions, whereas places which do not have such an import quantity of US death products, such as Canada and New Zealand, do not have the same problems!!

Mexicans are reportedly overweight while being undernourished EXACTLY as I have claimed US foods cause to people:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Obesity_in_Mexico

More than 71 percent of Mexican women and 66 percent of Mexican men are overweight, according to the latest national surveys... In 1989, fewer than 10 percent of Mexican adults were overweight.

The intake of fast-food, junk food, and soft drinks would have an effect on the weight gain on the Mexican people because of the numerous calories each item contains. Challenging is the inability to burn that large sum of calories compared to the amount of calories in a balanced diet.

The red dragon drug cartel is also a producer of a product that when used in moderation does no harm to people. HOW MANY (*)(*)(*)(*)ING PEOPLE DO YOU THINK ARE USING US TOXIC PRODUCTS IN MODERATION!!! Look up the €£¥#%^* word "EPIDEMIC" my friend, LOOK IT UP!! It does not matter if a product CAN be used in moderation, IT (*)(*)(*)(*)ING ISN'T! And people are growing fat diseased and disgusting and dying BECAUSE OF **YOUR** (*)(*)(*)(*)ING COUNTRY!!!

so, you think that the USA invented sugar?

Is that what's behind this silly rant of yours?

Like over indulgence in sugar, alcohol, fatty foods, or anything similar, over indulgence in hyperbole is a poor choice.

Don't worry - they probably will. As the government increasingly involves itself in health care, just about anything that can be shown to have significant negative health effects will eventually be banned. Might want to get rid of your Pepsi stock (owner of Frito-Lay) before our new, healthy America takes shape.

HFCS is not natural sugar. It involves a highly sophisticated laboratory process that requires 3 different biological enzymes, beakers, tubes, flames, etc.

In short, HFCS is bacteria poop. Slight imperfections in the output of HFCS production can cause chemical byproducts which remain ndetected in trace amounts.

THAT IS WHAT THE US GOVERNMENT IS FEEDING YOU.

If your people did not have a health epidemic you could safely disregard me as a fool, but as it is, YOU CANNOT, and I don't ever disregard people but you ARE IN MY WAY, and moreover, YOU ARE NOT HELPING.

The article in the OP is about sugary drinks. It doesn't even mention HFCS. In fact, it lists Mexico, where they don't generally use HFCS in drinks, as having the most deaths caused by over consumption of sugary drinks. You're off-topic in your own thread.

Give it up, bro. You'll never succeed in banning soft drinks. Go have a tall glass of vodka and chill out.

They are fatter today than ever before because they are more paranoid and given the violence, they'd be crazy not to be. No one exits the hacienda any more often or for any longer than absolutely necessary. Because of this they get less exercise and eat more fast food.

WRONG! Many people believe HFCS is sugar. It is therefore topic to show how it's NOT, but it's scientific laboratory produced sugar with chemical variances. WRONG! The article does NOT exclude the United States, which deserves extra scrutiny for inventing and promulgating the toxic food filth. WRONG! If the people work diligently enough they CAN, they MUST, effect change as REAL LIVES, REAL PEOPLE are being killed and harmed, malnourished, deprived, oppressed, enslaved, etc. by the USA practices. It does not matter how the practices happen in Mexico, or Australia. They are STILL the horrid death practices of the USA! And who cares the originator the solution is the same.

They must be banned, BANNED, Banned!! For the health and prosperity of the world!! Natural food for everybody!!!!

    Ban American Corporate Junk Food!!!

Marshal High Fructose Corn Syrup is basically corn syrup with extra fructose in it. Fructose is sugar and one frequently found in nature. It is also produced naturally during the human digestive process. Your digestive tract contains hundreds of bacteria and you should be glad it does some of them are quite necessary to your survival. As usal you have only succeeded in informing peole that you are scared to death of something almost entirely because you spend too much time at natural News and not enough time in reality to understand what's going on. Aristtle figured out a millenia or so back that when it comes to diet and exercise moderation in all things is the way to go.

Again...Mexico - highest in deaths attributable to over-consumption of sugary drinks...Mexico doesn't use HFCS in their sugary drinks...

That isn't going to change because of you ranting like a loon.

You fellows are insane, and aggravating. If you do not work for the Pentagon... If your mission is not to protect the US even at its most depraved policy... Then you deserve instead a civillian's medal.

I am defeated... I am exhausted... If I do not have a brain aneurism from your intractable and incompetent unwaivering arguments, then I have cancer instead.

I am now going to go eat a gigantic subway sandwich, a big wax-covered cyllinder of Pepsi, and stuff my face with deep-fried crisps and cry.

Good. Now that he's finally gone, let's get down to business.

This thread is now about Putin and his obvious homosexual tendencies.

Obesity is the cause of the deaths and not the soft drinks. Too many carbohydrates (sugar is a carbohydrate) regardless of source has been shown to be a primary cause of obesity. Soft drinks are no more to blame than eating ice cream or having Sugar Frosted Flakes for breakfast. Many natural fruit juices are also very high in carbohydrates.

BTW the best way to combat these deaths is with exercise. People need to get of their fat asses and do something.
