Is Obama going to turn over command to the Sec of Defense and punch out at 5PM? You know like he did during the Al Qaeda attack on the 30-40 Americans trapped in Benghazi.

Is there a "Red Line" that the North Koreans can cross and then get bored waiting for Obama to act like the Syrian scud missile attack with a chemical weapon on board? Or, is Obama done with "Red Lines" because people will only cross those?

And, what is up with the North Koreans? Did Obama tell the Chinese that we were going to be late with the debt rent this month?

Maybe we need to send over Dennis Rodman to talk to them.

North Korea does not have the capability to launch a nuclear attack on the US. However these threats are unacceptable, lets see if NK has the balls the back them up.

    Good point.

Let's hope a North Korean provocation doesn't take place during a scheduled vacation of the Obama's.

Imagine US forces shouting "Kings X!" at the commies while they duck for cover and wait for further instructions from Der Fuhrer.

Obama was too busy to give his personal attention to the attack on the US consulate in Libya.

I'm not really sure he cares if the North Koreans are shooting at Americans in South Korea either.

North Korea's elaborate game of chicken with U.S.
April 3rd, 2013 - Kim Jong Un’s latest threats against the United States may be even more apocalyptic than Kim Jong Il’s. But the Obama administration still believes the young North Korean leader is reading from a page in his father’s playbook.

What a stupid post. You don't know ANYTHING that happened - just what you've heard from Fox News and Rush Limbaugh and that's hardly anything to repeat as if you actually believe it. Or at least I wouldn't.

Well we KNOW it was not a "spontaneous reaction to a video", and we KNOW that MULTIPLE PRIOR REQUESTS for more security went UNASWERED, BOTH CONTRARY to what the administration, or then-Sec. of State told us...

And so entirely predictable. If Obama does something they complain about it, if he doesn't do anything, they complain about it.

Now they are complaining about what he may or may not do if something does or does not happen.

And that too is entirely in character.

Intelligence hard to come by from No. Korea...
    :confusion:
    North Korea difficult intel target
April 4th, 2013 - A former senior US official, who recently retired, says North Korea is a difficult target for the intelligence community but "the coverage is very extensive using national technical means: imagery, intercepts and other means." The official said, "It's hard to get in there, but we do have external capabilities. Looking, listening and watching are all in play."

Hmmm, lets see, if a nuke hit the west coast, what would we lose ? Three deep blue states.
I'll try to get upset. I'll let you know how my progress is going in a week or so.

He is, or did he turn it over to his sec of D and go golfing? After the Benghazi incident, I have no illusions that we are talking about a real leader.

So, I haven't followed any threads about N. Korea lately - and speaking of instilling fear in Americans, what's the American Left's official position on all this sabre rattling? Does it defend N. Korea as part of their love your enemies - screw your friends transformation of foreign policy? Or are they more like, "screw South Korea - the Kim Jung guy's nothing but a blowhard so just ignore him"? Or do they view highly capitalistic South Korea as the culprit as it threatens and even economically oppresses the North with its evil, malignant materialism - thus the North is merely protecting itself from the invasion of evil western oppressors?
