With Criminal Case Closed, Justice Department Will Restart Hate Crime Inquiry

I think he's forgetting that Zimmerman's very life is in danger right now. He's hated by many, who wouldn't hesitate for a second to rip him to shreds to appease their tainted view of justice.

Correct....the only racism has been from the left. B.O., Holder, MSNBC, prosecution, the minions and a few of Travon's last words (just before: "You got me" when he referred to the Zman as a [WELL....WE ALL KNOW what that young punk was all about]. Why are we ignoring the black on black? Why was the cowardly beating of that white woman not as hot an issue. The Zman saved his life and probably the life of someone else in the future cuz this kid was a racist thief and would have probably needed means to support a growing drug habit. In a way, I hope that Holder does press it (and LOSE) because they will not only show how THEY acted/continue to act "stupidly" but they'll prove to the entire world that the young punk WAS actually acting suspiciously, was drugged and had burglarized the neighborhood. They may even be able to connect the times that burglaries were committed in junction to when the foul mouthed punk was visiting his real fine and upstanding dad. Both parents were remarkable parents by the way....we should all thank them for raising such a little darling.

Realistically, however, the Zman doesn't have to worry about civil suits but if the liberal racists try (and/or even win).....he'll simply whoop out another can of whoop sass and pay for the losses after he sues the liberal media....not to mention a counter suit for the parents who allowed their "little darling" to continually act "stupidly" and bring a concrete block to a gun fight. HA!!!! The kid was into ALL kinds of trouble and I wouldn't doubt hearing that he actually was the one burglarizing and shooting up the neighborhood. Funny how the evidence was supressed when it come to the jewelry and gun on Martin's bed.

Trayvon did have the opportunity to STOP and that is what Good yelled out

mentored 2 black youth.
went out on a limb to defend and stick up for a black homeless man

Zimmerman tries to be a good citizen, and he's hated for it.

 

Martin had several options along the way, and did not use any of them. The first one, was not standing around outside an apartment where he had no business being. If he wanted to stand around in the rain, he could have done it outside of the apartment where he was staying, and not on the other side of the complex. Next after he was noticed Zimmerman observing him, he could have just walked home. That would have shown Zimmerman that he was not up to no good. Next, if he was actually scared he could call 911, or his father. Lastly, if he was scared he could have run home. I doubt that Zimmerman would have caught him on foot. Anyone of those things might have saved his life, but he did not do any of them. Instead he ran, hid and attacked Zimmerman.

 

The poor libs want this to be a hate crime so bad, they want Z to be white so bad, they're literally holding their breath and stomping their feet. You people are pathetically hilarious.

 

The libs heads are exploding over this. I don't understand why they just don't drop it and find a legitimate case for this. They look like fools.

Personally I am. I was outraged he wasn't charged, but now it's over. Let him get on with his life.

 

It will be interesting, to say the least. If the president cares about the ENTIRE country, not just one special interest group, he'll consider that very carefully before proceeding.

The Justice Department is behaving in the worst sort of political way. It is obvious to virtually anyone who has been paying attention that there is not enough evidence to support a hate-crime prosecution.

 

The only hate involved here was by Martin and referring to Zimmerman with a racial hate term and then the Martin lynch mob that hates Zimmerman.

 

The justice department needs to keep the low-information citizens from paying attention to the inadequacies, lies, and illegal endeavors of this administration.

It seems the racism cases with big national coverage that Jackson and Sharpton latch onto turn out to be real duds. The President himself has now latched onto two that I'm aware of before knowing any facts in either. Previously he acused a police force of acting stupidly for just trying to do their jobs. Now he says a kid could be his son, who according to all evidence presented committed felonious assault against an innocent man who was only trying to make his neighborhood a better place to live. I guess you've got to expect that from someone who attended a racist church for 20 years. Civil rights must be doing well in our country if this is the best they can come up with.

I don't believe the feds want anything to do with this - it would be a disaster for them. However I do believe there will be a civil case, at least a civil suit will be filed - not necessarily go to court. Why didn't a single reporter ask Crump this question? Reporters did ask the defense team about a civil case.

 

Six women, mostly mothers decided this case. Sounds like Agent 287 is asking the DOJ to conduct a war on women.

 

What's really funny is that the federal investigation that is proceeding is probably to prosecute the gang that Trayvon was aspiring. It is not difficult to realize that Trayvon's father is a felon - that is why the prosecution did not call him as a witness. And chances are Trayvon's buddy, Chad Joseph, participated in the hit job - first he befriended Zimmerman, and then the night of the hit he met Zimmerman on the sidewalk and Zimmerman released his suspicion of the incident at his truck, and that is when Trayvon jumped him. Chad probably video taped it, but the ultimate plan did not anticipate Trayvon erring.

Zimmerman cannot claim that he was friends with Chad, because he cannot prove it - Chad will deny it.

 

A civil case will drag Trayvon through the mud. they'll bring in his teachers and they'll say he was a thug. they'll bring his gangsta social media portraits, the weed, the stolen jewelry. All that stuff that wasn't in the criminal trial will be brought in for the civil.

The Los Angeles Times is reporting that George Zimmerman is unlikely to receive federal charges. It is being confirmed by Department of Justice officials.
