    *Breaking*

4 of the jurors have just released a statement asking for privacy and that juror B37 made her statements unrepresentative of theirs ...

Funny how this thread has no responses...

BTW - Juror B37 just punted. Guess she realized her interview was idiotic and was abandoned by 4 other jurors.

    HAHAHAH!

"Really! The book deal is OFF THE TABLE! But it was ON THE TABLE for a while. In fact, my attorney husband was negotiating it while I was hearing testimony and deliberating. However my publicist didn't want to be dragged through the mud so she acted like a coward and split. Screw her. But OH MY GOD, my book deal had NOTHING to do with my being a juror! I mean, RIGHT?"

And again, I believe Georgy is 101% innocent, if I could be 110% sure I would. But you know, there is no such thing as 110% sure, I mean RIGHT? I'm not stupid, OH MY GOD."

And BTW, "off the table" is a subjective term and doesn't imply, you know, forever. I mean OH MY GOD, if you're a publicist and are interested please contact my attorney husband at his law office.

"And I want to say again, I believe Georgie is innocent of killing that scarey negroe man 101%! If I could be 110% I would, but you know there is no such thing as 110%. That would be stupid and, OH MY GOD, I'm not really stupid. Ask my attorney husband at his big law office. He really loves me. he's 10 years older but has a special secret nickname for me, "Trophy". I'm not sure what that means, I think it means he thinks I'm golden. OH MY GOD! My sorority sisters would be SO JEALOUS!"

    GO ALPHA PHI!

"Oh, and those 4 other jurors who just threw me under the bus? The never liked me because I'm so beautiful and am married to an attorney. They hate me because they want to be ME! OH MY GOD it's SO TRUE!"

This is because the jurors are in hiding just like Zimmy ... and have kissed their book deals and media appearances good-bye.

I am always amused by “liberal” responses.

With such “liberal” logic on display I would not blame those jurors if they never spoke--even if the one who spoke, and probably was cute, said the three that first wanted to find him guilty were “liberals” who only changed their minds when someone brought tin foil wrapped sandwiches into the jury room.

    {this is better than a soap}

And they are scared for their lives. This statement was a defensive statement....and it's a shame that anyone serving on a jury has to go through this. The ones who want to talk; are free to talk. And the ones who choose not to talk, don't have to. That's the free system we have. There was nothing wrong with this jury....they examined all the evidence and all had their opportunities to have their say. The case has been decided fairly....and that should be the end.

But you see if the nuts can kill a juror then that will send a message to the next jury. Dont be surprised if we have some leak.

B-29 who hasn't spoken out ... appears to be the holdout ... I believe she was the black/hispanic with 8 kids .... she apparently wanted to leave the deliberation room and the others chastised her and it's believed the others threatened her with replacement with an alternate ...

The juror that gave the interview never said that she was representing the rest of them. Everything she said was from her own perspective and so she wasn't speaking on their behalf.

She made statements about the beliefs and direction of the whole jury. Obviously most didn't agree with her.

I'm also thinking they all agreed to keep a low profile so as not to encourage a smear the queer hunt against them all.

    But those 4 weren't writing a book...heheh.

    Ha, Ha, Ha,

You are a hoot exotix. You really have no standards when it comes to debate. Did I say anything about what when on in the jury room?

    No. You did.

So 'Oh that's right, you not only were an eyewitness to the shooting death but was also in the jury room .... that's some good stuff travonistas are imbibing ...'

So?? If she just wanted to leave to get home, then she should have been replaced with an alternate juror. If one is chosen for a jury, they must take it seriously. It's their duty.

Didn't you get the memo?...she decided not to go through writing that book. She didn't think this case was going to turn into a circus with all the crybabies not accepting the verdict. And so in her best interest she decided not to write the book and I don't blame her one bit.

There are a lot of crazy emotional people out there that might want to hurt her and so she wants to keep herself anonymous.

Dont play into her JP5 she is just making (*)(*)(*)(*) up. Call her on it. Do not play into it. She hopes that if we debate it, it will become fact. She and sadanie have been doing this for a year.

Did YOU get the memo? Her "publicist" quit on her and she backed down in the firestorm. It's obvious all the jurors decided that they all should stay out of the limelight until this dies down if anything for saftey, but good 'ol B jumped the gun to get some pre publicity for her book and get out a head of the others...if anyone else is doing so.

BTW - She never said she wasn't going to write a book just that for now it is "off the table".

I think you are just pissed that none of the jurors gave a moments thought to all the ridiculous analysis you have been bringing up on the forum. You 'analysis' of the evidence and how it would effect the jury turned out to be a farce.

Actually. much of what I have discussed ended up in closing arguments, the problem is the state was pulling it's punches through out the trial and never went for the jugular.
