Well, that was quick - It wasn't that long ago when I listened to her testify at GZ's trial, mumbling her answers and what I did hear, her manner of speaking was at elementary school level..... she appeared comatose. 3.0 isn't hard in non AP/IB classes... or at least that was what we called the "honors" classes back in my day.
