The folks in Chicago are engaged in a campaign of ethnic cleansing to force the blacks out of Chicago. Their ultimate objective is to make it an all-white city.

You have to be able to connect the dots in order to spot the trend. City services to minority neighborhoods in Chicago are being cut or eliminated. Chicago is closing another 54 schools on top of the 100 it has closed since 2001. Retail stores are closing. Major areas of black neighborhoods don't have a major grocery store. That affects about 478,000 black people.
You ever consider that its the people in the neighborhoods that are causing the problem instead of the vast conspiracy required by your theory...
The way things are going they will all be forced out in maybe 10-15 years. The pace of ethnic cleansing is accelerating so it could be sooner than that.
You are wrong. Chicago has a huge black population. They are basically in the south side though. The north side of the city is the white side... the west is mixed with Hispanics... Hmmmmm..... I will have to remember this prior to taking any of your future posts seriously. 1. Blacks are killing blacks, irrefutable. 2. The schools were removed due to the failing students and lack of attendance, why offer the school if its not gonna get used for education. 3. The grocery stores are probably not interested in having their goods stolen off the shelves or being robbed. I hate to break this to you but, the black population of Chicago, as a whole, is a cess-pool of violent crime, its not someone elses fault.
I see, so you need a white conspiracy to explain away the failure of the welfare state. Those stores are closing because of violent criminals and shoplifting. After watching what George Zimmerman just went through, would you open a store in Chicago or a white suburb keeping in mind that you might have to detain shoplifters? Why risk having your car stolen in your own store parking lot, when you can open a business in a far better place?
The ethnic cleansing is the tribal warfare between Chicago's gangs. It reminds me of Rwanda and the African on African genocide there. Oddly enough, Bill Clinton sat idly by as almost a million people were raped and chopped to pieces for ethnic differences. Today, Rahm Emanuel sits idly by as Chicago suffers a slow Rwandan genocide.

You are looking at this the wrong way though. Businesses move out because they don't make money, not because they don't like their customers.
