In this case Zimmerman has never denied pulling the trigger but was found not guilty because he acted in self defense. Appeal to probability is a fallacy when done without deductive reasoning. Since we are basing our conclusion on the evidence that Martin was beating Zimmerman we have engaged in deductive reasoning to come to the conclusion that Martin was beating Zimmerman through a deductive analysis of the evidence in the case and are not appealing to probability fallacy.

Fact is, Zimmerman's civil rights were violated. His right to bear arms, and to engage in legal self-defense. And he should be compensated heavily by all the guilty parties (Scott, Corey, Triplett, the others who voted to fire Sanford police Chief Bill Lee, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, etc), for al the time he had to spend in jail, for emotional trauma, and for the dangerous life he now finds himself in. It ought to be in the millions, all together.

PS - White people's civil rights are violated every time a Black person is hired or promoted by affirmative action.
