What scandal?

There is as much scandal here as there was in Banghazi, as WHISTLEBLOWER WEDNESDAY [IMG] revealed to all but the inane insane.

No. It's not. Read the decision that is being appealed. Not the idiotic and insane amicus briefs. The actual decision being reviewed by the ASC.

It has nothing to do with Obama or his eligibility.

ith a budget showdown looming and a massive immigration overhaul waiting for a vote in the House, a handful of Republicans in the lower chamber are focusing on something more pressing: President Obama's birth certificate.

Though the president released his long-form birth certificate more than two years ago, the conspiracy theory that he was not born in America has, in some corners of the GOP, lingered.

At a town hall-style meeting over the weekend, Rep. Blake Farenthold (R-Texas) appeared to take the notion quite seriously when asked whether he would join some fellow House GOPers in pushing for a deeper dive into Obama's past. Indeed, he faulted the last Congress for failing to take on Obama over his birth certificate, and that as a result, "unfortunately the horse is already out of the barn on this, on the whole birth certificate issue."

When pressed on why Congress wouldn't just impeach the president and settle the issue once and for all, Farenthold suggested Republicans would do just that if it weren't for the Democratic-led Senate.

"If we were to impeach the president tomorrow, you could probably get the votes in the House of Representatives to do it," he said. "But it would go to the Senate and he wouldn’t be convicted."

    *****************************************************************************************************************************************************************:roflol:

this is a great example of misdirection, and what we call in Vermont "turn it right around on them".

that this mystery plagues the republican party.

this was one of the strongest ridicule components in the obot/antibirther quiver. that questioning the past of a black (or any race) democrat president was taboo.

now, folks are starting to recognize the abberant unusual tactics and behavior of the semi professional web damage control IT (pseudo intellectuals and experts) boys and girls.

    http://theweek.com/article/index/248186/birtherism-continues-to-plague-the-republican-party

nothing to do with Obama or the democrat party.

watch the intensity fervor and pitch escalate into the next phase of this caper. history in the making, unprecedented on so many levels.

watch the antibirthers and the obots I say, they are far more interesting than another possible thug/bully/crook and the corrupt Chicago way.

    this we expected.

all we ever wanted was to examine all of the evidence in a neutral forum. all they ever wanted to do was stop us from finding new things... and asking more questions. which we will continue to do so, and at their expense.

With the birther movement, I think that we’ll a see similar shift this year. The racial bias that underlies much of the movement will remain and I expect that “angry white guys” will continue to be the core demographic, but general right-wing activism will decline, while general conspiracy thinking and racial bias will provide any new converts. The President is scheduled to leave office in January 2017, and that leaves hardly any opportunity for new lawsuits, although Orly Taitz continues her individual legal efforts to pry documents out of the federal government.

    http://www.obamaconspiracy.org/2013/08/docs-state-of-the-birther-address/#comments

kevin has gone full racist antibirther, still trying to generalize. but the racist argument has become trite, if not entirely nullified.

Poor little scott. He has so little to grasp onto since WHISTLEBLOWER WEDNESDAY proved his predictions arn't worth squat that he will grasp on anything.

Anyway, heres Salon with some context

    http://www.salon.com/2013/08/13/hes...n_this_lawmaker_is_still_talking_impeachment/

So yeah, he's dealing with a bunch of crazies at his townhalls that have been conditioned to believe literally anything as long as its bad about their president. So he has to straddle mollifying them with actual reality. So a nice round of "maybe but were doing nothing about it now vote for me" is just the ticket.

Sorry Scott, this is another just Benghazi you have been sold.

You're just sore because he banned you for not making a single contribution of actual knowledge in the months you posted there. The general racist dumbassery you exhibited didn't help either. For example It takes a certain level or racism to try and link the level of Black on black violence in Chicago to Obama.

    this continues to move forward.

these are people who simply do not back away from phony obots and antibirthers. it many ways, the investigators are simply not aware of, nor are they concerned about the subtle antibirther activities.

I predict this will become an extremely popular topic (again) soon.

it's funny, because the obots are so busy patting themselves on the back, that they missed the last few turns.

you see, if they were true to form and the ethical doctrine they preach, they would be pushing just as hard as we are for the entire truth. but they aren't.

    that's a red flag.

    carl gallups is awesome.

both the birthers and the obots are still bringing forth "stunning new conclusions", after all of these years.. the only difference is the the obots work at feverish pitch (damage control), while at the same time, saying they're not, because this is all an imagined controversy.

    meh to that.

really... commenting on black on black violence, in the city in which I was born, is automatically racist ?

that sets up well, and shows your definitions and platform from which to argue. a shallow pond indeed.

i'm not sore at or about anybody like you would want, you and fragile frankie are the obot schadenfreude club here at obot world..

even together as a team, you are remarkably impotent... useless to your cause..... :roflol:

So now you are comparing American voters and our Constitution to a cult? LOL.

Man- wouldn't it have been great if we could have had an election and let Americans decide whether to keep Obama in office or not?

Oh wait......that was just a few months ago.....apparently the American people disagree with you.

    - - - Updated - - -

Notice how busy Scott has been lately trying to single handedly make it appear that someone is paying attention to Birther nonsense?

How many of his own threads did he post in today- 8 or 9- all with the same nonsense.

I will go back to ignoring his stuff.

I don't understand. Are you saying that your fellow birther MichealN, who is Australian and lives in Australia, cant talk about American stuff? That's shocking, have you had a falling out? You cant be talking about me as I've never been in Oz in my entire life.

Yes commenting on black on black violence AND TRYING TO LINK THAT TO PRESIDENT OBAMA, in the city in which you were born, is automatically racist. Funny that you forgot to repeat that little bit of context, not to mention the other bits of context in that whole sorry exchange that showed that, yes, you were a racist.

Not to mention the fact that you come from Chicago means that, according to your own rules, you are automatically corrupt. But of course you would argue that does not apply to you, as you are stupid and a racist at the best of times.

but my scope is way wider than just one guy. incidentally, to ignore black on black crime could also be construed as racist. this can apply to any race, to say racism is only about black people is ludacris. you are too.

all of your arguments and finger pointing would/will come to an end when you don't vote for a black republican, or candidate of any race but your own.. (you know, if you could vote in this country, which I gather you cannot. correct me if i'm wrong). that time is coming.

the racism approach never held water. the obot ridicule and insult offense has become passé and neutral.

but that's another interesting peripheral discussion.

    http://obamareleaseyourrecords.blogspot.com/2013/08/outed-congressman-jeff-miller-email.html

On May 2, 2013, PPSIMMONS ran a blog story about Carl Gallups and Mike Zullo's trip to CPAC. At that event they arranged a trip to Capitol Hill to meet with Congressmen about the Obama Fraud Case. In one of those meetings, Gallups and Zullo reported that they were present with a congressman and his chief of staff. The congressman agreed to have another meeting with both Zullo and Gallups back at the congressman's home state. At that meeting, Zullo was to bring the entire CCP criminal investigation evidence pack and present it to the congressman. The congressman in question suggested that he take the questioned birth document and submit it to "his" examiners as well. A few days later, Gallups reported that he received a disturbing phone call from the congressman's chief of staff. Following is a recap of Gallups' account... A SURREAL but TRUE ACCOUNT Gallups related, "After Lt. Zullo and I had made all the necessary arrangements to travel to the Congressman's home state office, I received a call from his Chief of Staff, Dan McFaul. The travel arrangements had been made because the Congressman's booking secretary and his Chief of Staff had engaged in email and telephone conversation with me confirming all the details of the meeting. After the meeting details were made, the Chief of Staff called me and said, 'Congressman Miller will not be able to make the meeting. He will not be able to meet with Lt. Zullo.' When I asked him 'why?' the Chief of Staff responded, 'The Congressman doesn't remember ever making those arrangements. He doesn't remember agreeing to any such meeting.'" - See more at: http://obamareleaseyourrecords.blog...n-jeff-miller-email.html#sthash.gKCxr0gw.dpuf

in the future, people will say "there was a guy at PF who kept posting birther related Obama related scandal stuff, he was from Chicago, and often spoke about the "Chicago way" of doing politics...."....

the names of the obots will have been long forgotten by then,

    except for a few....

Yes I am. But only the ones that voted for a cult leader twice. Where do you think the term kool-aid drinkers comes from? One time obama voter is a kool-aid drinker, two time is a guzzler.
