one of the funniest parts of it starts at about 8:47

ron paul was talking to neil cavuto and got all sappy congratulating himself over thinking he did well in a gop debate, he got so caught up in patting himself on the back he didn't get any of the signals cavuto was giving him to shut up

which isn't surprising, his nut case motor-mouth rants are par for the course with him

i first saw ron paul speak in dallas, nearly forty years ago, signed up for his newsletters and have followed his career ever since
