One thing at a time, one thing at a time... Let's get them, let's find out what's in them. It will soon become plain (*)(*)(*)(*)ing obvious why Lerner took the fifth. One thing at a time and by the book.

So, after asking this same question to others multiple times now you also cannot answer. There is definitely a pattern formulating here. Without having the ability to answer my questions, it really boxes you and others in a corner with your argument. So, the cat has got your tongue too on this. You all are chomping at the bit to nail Lerner, but yet, you haven't a clue what you will charge her of based on an illegal law she applied using "PRIMARILY", that was never legal to start with. And now I find out you can't answer my questions as well. This crowd from the right, they just never get it.

In light of Sonasoft's probable role and upcoming hearings, I find your questions hilarious and comic, sorry. Not gonna answer them today, how about tomorrow after Commissioner explains to the Congress how come he did not know about Sonasoft?

You've been running around in spastic circles carrying your goal posts so much I have no idea what questions you need answered. It seems to be your claim now that because Lerner wasn't following either version of the law she shouldn't be charged for breaking those or any other law. I don't understand that liberal logic at all.

It finally begs to ask, why in the hell are you so in favor of the IRS?

The questions I asked have nothing to do with destroyed hard drives and computers. You can't answer. It's that simple.

    You can't answer.

Let me refresh your memory. The question is very easy to understand. If the emails are finally found, and the missing emails reveal there was correspondence that communicated targeting of Tea Party groups, what do you do with Lerner? Are you going too charge her with a crime? If so, what law would you use in charging for that crime? Are these questions too hard to understand for you? Or can you not answer them?

So how can they be comical and hilarious to you then when you do not know what they are?

I've asked them a half dozen times on here. But you can ignore them if that is your pleasure. We all know you couldn't answer them any way. But for fun's and giggles I posted the questions again in my last post.

Why can you folks not answer my questions? I'm going to help you with that. You and the rest of the bunch are unable to, because you have no answer. My questions hit into the heart and soul of this fantasy scandal the wing nuts perpetuate because of their hate. They, like you haven't a clue of understanding of the significance of the law as it relates to the nonsense you are all selling.

Then, your obsession with the emails has only been intensified because all the other conspiracy theories related to this scandal have all withered on the vine. You people just do not have a clue. If you find emails from Lerner that indicate Targeting, so what? You are chasing emails that actually comply with the law, pending you know what the law is. Which most of you haven't the foggiest idea what the law says. In other words, the law will save her no matter what. Your prosecution of her will have to get past the actual law, which says "Exclusively" for social welfare. Which, going by the theory from the right that she has done what you all say she has, would be impossible to prosecute. Not only is this a waste of time and taxpayer dollars, it puts the Republican party out there as the circus clowns that they are, once again.

By far, most of the applicants were conservative groups. But Yahoo and Politico discovered that the IRS applied the same rules to both right-wing and left-wing applicants. Inspector General George was wrong. They didn't just draw up a BOLO list with keywords like "patriot" for conservatives. They drew up a BOLO list for liberals with key words like "progressive," "occupy," medical marijuana," and "Israel." They looked at organizations on both the left and right. They asked both sides for extensive documentation to demonstrate they were, indeed, social welfare organizations. And, in the end, there was only one group actually denied tax-exempt status because it was set up "primarily for the benefit of a political party." That was not a Tea Party group. It was the unabashedly liberal group Emerge America.

So why was there such a fuss over IRS scrutiny of conservative groups? Two reasons. First, as noted, because Inspector General George's initial report itself was, at best, one-sided. Second, because liberal groups didn't complain as loudly, or, in most cases, didn't complain at all. They understood that getting tax-exempt status should not be automatic. "If you're going to ask for exceptional treatment, you should expect to go through exceptional screening," Ed Espinoza, executive director of the liberal organization Progress Texas, told Politico. But conservatives whined louder and got all the attention.

Conservative witch hunt? In the end, it boils down to this: The IRS was only doing its job. There was no scandal.

Don't you get that if they cannot get the very simple facts of this issue at this point, they never will. IMO...they don't care about the facts or the truth.. This is just something to rant and rave about until he next non-conspiracy is cranked out by either Roger Ailes, Karl Rove or the Koch grinches.

Thank you! You just eloquently explained the whole thing beautifully all in one tidy little post that I could never do. I have been trying to essentially say the same thing for the last 14 months to the carnival barkers on here that only care for scandal. Of course we both know where that has gone. Now, they discovered another conspiracy theory with all the email nonsense, and they think that will extract the demon that never existed. I keep asking them what they would do next if they found emails that suggest Targeting. No one can answer. It boils down to what you said; Lerner and the IRS were doing there job per how the actual 1954 law was written. They will have to figure out a way to work around the law to prosecute her. And I don't see that happening any time soon. But ha, love your post and thanks!

It's also clear with your question, you are unable to answer mine, or you would have already done so. But, you and your buddies can carry on with your circus show. It is entertaining to say the least.

So in your mind this makes it acceptable to violate their civil right with felonious actions by the IRS under orders from Obama?

    Of course it does.

If you can't respond to facts in the posts, just tell us how much you really love Obama and hand out some more tax-payer funded flowers.

    Obama is involved.

    So is Dick Holder.

    Half the IRS is involved.

EVERY Rodent in the US House and Senate is involved.

    The medea is involved.

It's the biggest cover-up corruption scandal in the entire history of the United States.

Yea, the commissioner told them off is what he did and rightly so. He said he would give them all the emails he has. And the one's that were destroyed, if the committee can magically produce them, then he's all ears on how to get them back. The commissioner also told Mr. Turner he is full of it too; "that's an interesting set of beliefs with no facts behind them" was the commissioners response to Turner. And, he is spot on because that is how this made up scandal has been since the beginning; http://on.msnbc.com/1wq1hzE
