I don't think it says that at all but what is expressed quite clearly is the First Commandment, Thy shalt have no other God before me. Don't find that in the Constitution and in fact guaranties you can have any god or no god. And Thy shalf not make graven imagines, we are guarantied free speech and expression.
Then no, absolutely. Government is restricted from interfering with your PRIVATE, on you own time with your own dime, free speech, it does not have to PROVIDE it in a public forum or with government resources in fact it is prevented from getting involved in it. As I said just to into a courtroom and stand up and start praying and calling for others to join in and see what happens.
I saw two links, read both. Neither of which demonstrated or even mentioned this conspiracy... maybe I missed your third one.
Faith is the defineing element. You think you are therefore superior? That reflects frustraion of my assertions more than it reflects the solidity of the Atheist faith.
Like faith in a political party, faith in gravity, or like the Christian faith? There are separate definitions of faith and you are using them interchangeably when they do not mean the same thing. Faith means something you trust, it separately means a system of religious beliefs. This does not mean everything you trust is a religious system. What you're doing is analogous to saying glasses are these plastic lenses I use to see better and glasses are the crystal tumblers I drink water from. Therefore, I should be able to see better if I put water tumblers in front of my eyes.
Faith is still a reaction to things not seen and unverified. faith /fāTH/ noun noun: faith 1. complete trust or confidence in someone or something. "this restores one's faith in politicians" synonyms: trust, belief, confidence, conviction; More optimism, hopefulness, hope "he justified his boss's faith in him" antonyms: mistrust 2. strong belief in God or in the doctrines of a religion, based on spiritual apprehension rather than proof. synonyms: religion, church, sect, denomination, (religious) persuasion, (religious) belief, ideology, creed, teaching, doctrine More
I don't think "unseen" or "unverified" is mentioned as part of the first definition you provide. Just trust or confidence. I can have faith in a bridge that I've verified is sound. The faith in politicians you use as an example doesn't exclude politicians you've seen. Those examples demonstrate that you can have faith in gravity, politicians, or an employee without it being a religion.
Faith still causes ponderance of things that have no substantial or defined borders or unseen.. I believe that God is true to his word. You believe that there is no God to have words to be true to. Both positions have an element of faith involved in order to accept either.
Politicians have defined borders. Well... except maybe Chris Christie. Yes, both assertions have elements of faith in them. Faith of the first definition, meaning confidence. Not faith of the second definition, which is a synonym for religion. Atheism is not a religion.
I have no 'faith' in regards to my not collecting stamps. I have no faith in not believing in gods. In both cases I just do not do those things. Faith has nothing to do with my lack of belief in your god- or any other god.
Exactly! If you say you believe that you have been saved by Jesus Christ- that is my response. I have no problem with whatever you believe- or do not believe.
Because un-faith is based on what you accept, as much as faith is. "If you choose not to decide, you stall have made a choice".
Un-faith means............no faith. There is nothing to accept since it does not exist. So again why this obsession to assign a faith to others who have none.

There are two definitions to the word faith. They do not mean the same thing. Your faith in your god does not mean the same thing as my having faith in my wife good judgement. I have no faith in a god- or a religion. I have no spiritual convictions. I do not collect stamps- and you do collect stamps. That doesn't mean that my not collecting stamps is the same as you collecting stamps. Now let us apply that to 'faith'- you choose to worship a god- to believe in a spiritual entity- if you are born again you probably had some sort of spiritual epiphany. I simply do not. I have no yearning for spirituality. I made no journey to my lack of belief. Just as the person who does not collect stamps- and never collected stamps- I never believed in God, never had an interested in God, never felt a need for God. I have no more 'faith' in not believing in God than someone who doesn't drive a car has faith in not driving a car.

I checked and it translates to "Truth for Christ and the Church". But, Harvard is a private organization, its not state supported.
