I was under the impression that the toxicology test results were weeks away instead of....now. Also, smoking weed does a lot of things to people, making them aggressive is apparently not one of them: http://www.webmd.com/mental-health/addiction/marijuana-use-and-its-effects
Why not? The only eyewitness I have seen say Brown ran away and was shot by wilson. I have seen none say brown attacked wilson. I have had people give me a link to someone who claim to be telling wilsons version of what happened(hearsay) so dont give me that. SO unless you have some inside info how can you state that brown attacked wilson. Short of having something to back up your claim, It would seem that you are just making this up. Please share with us. Where does your info come from.
At this point it is many many news sources some good some bad. Of course if it disagrees with what you believe you can reject it but it is piling up.
"So what?" ? A dirty drug test goes to character. It is criminal. Furthermore you are wrong about the effects of marijuana. It distorts reality. It can cause anxiety, delusions, paranoia, and psychotic episodes in normal people.
It CAN stay in your system for weeks. My brother popped on a drug test nearly two months after daily smoking. I've pissed clean just a few days after. Sweating and being thinner with less fat has a lot to do with it.
You left out #11: Beating the (*)(*)(*)(*) out of a Police Officer and trying to get his gun, while being black.
Bullcrap. Every word you said there pretty much is BS. 1.) I work in a very high level IT job in the financial industry. Along with quite a few of my friends. Quite a few of us are regular smokers. We are all honest hard working people. 2.) I have been a user, and know quite a few people who are users. Yes, there can be some anxiety for some people. But I have never seen, nor known anyone who has, delusions or psycotic episodes. Thats simple just BS.
Well, there is a swollen eye story now, which maybe the grand jury can accept if they can manage to overcome reasonable doubt introduced by the original, (later amended) "broken eye socket" story. Perhaps the jury will overcome reasonable doubt about the "going for my gun" explanation too, which seems to be the carte blanche reason police use for shooting unarmed young black men of late. It must be just purely coincidental the number of unarmed US citizens, whatever race, gender etc, that are being killed by police, so we should not be too overly concerned, at least not, someone of importance, maybe a college kid, gets killed or strangled. Surely, the jury will be able to easily dismiss the absence of the incident report, which any reasonable protocol would have the officer writing a report and signing an affidavit to that effect on that very day, if not within the very hour, after the "incident" happened. It really depends on just which jury is selected, what their own life experiences are, and whether they believe that police should have such leeway to use lethal force to kill, and then to have recourse to deny filing an incident report at the scene, or even produce a report 2 weeks later, and instead, submitting a blank page to the ACLU request for information.
You are absolutely correct. Grabbing the clerk momentarily, before pushing him aside, is certainly indicative that Michael Brown was acting belligerently at that point in time. Him acting belligerently while being black, even worse. And obviously, he has commited a crime of shoplifting, theft, "strongarmed" as it may be. The question is, however, is this enough to justify the young man being shot dead by police using a semi auto pistol with 10 rounds discharged, or, is there a more reasonable way to detain an unarmed individual who has retreated and is 25 ft away, and is wounded, falling to ground, and (if witnesses correct), had hands raised. The "incident" report of the shooting of Michael Brown, which we are still awaiting some 2 weeks after the event, is suspicious enough, let alone the pause of 3 seconds after 4 rounds had already hit Brown, and the resumption of firing 4 more rounds, 2 being fatal head shots. So you must understand, for many people, this "incident" is not easily dismissed as just another "self defense" scenario.
