    LMAO!

You can't make this crap up folks.

This self-proclaimed "forensic pathologist" is not a doctor and is only an assistant.

They have to "bend" the facts to fit the narrative.

This is what makes people believe cops are stupid.

They have a shooting of a black kid by a white cop in a racially charged environment. They wait three days to even mention who shot whom, and rag out a fake expert to authenticate their claims.

Even if the shooting is righteous, the optics scream incompetence if not corruption.

This happens in nearly all licensed professions.

In mine, they call themselves Certified Building Designers... We call ourselves Architects.

One has credentials and methods for certifying through licensure their ability to perform, the other does not.

This guy in the article has one year experience in a morgue and is weighing in on the topic?

This is the family's "expert" not the police's expert.

St. Louis Medical Examiner SLAMS Brown Family Hire

The chief medical examiner of St. Louis County, who performed the first autopsy on Michael Brown after he was shot on Aug. 9, says that she is concerned by one of the men hired by the Brown family to conduct its own exam.

“I can tell you absolutely that I find what Parcells does to be abysmal,” Dr. Mary Case told The Daily Caller when asked about Shawn Parcells, a Kansas-based forensic pathologist assistant. He has been accused in the past of fabricating his job title and of conducting autopsies without a license...

One crucial determination was the trajectory of the bullet that killed Brown. Parcells explained to TheDC earlier this week that the bullet was traveling in a back to front direction, indicating that Brown was bent over in some fashion when he was struck.

The location of Brown’s head when he was shot is sure to figure prominently in the investigation.(*)The Brown family and many across the U.S. believe that Brown was “executed” by Ferguson, Mo. police officer Darren Wilson in broad daylight. Wilson reportedly claims he shot Brown in self-defense.

But Mary Case, along with a number of other medical examiners and pathologists have been heavily critical of Parcells.

“He is doing forensic autopsies which may send someone to prison, and he is not a physician much less a forensic pathologist,” she told TheDC, adding that forensic pathologists and medical examines throughout the U.S. “are shocked by this man and how bold he is to do what he does.”

“No one stops him,” she said.

Forensic pathologist Dr. Erik Mitchell complained to a Kansas City news station earlier this week that Parcells is working without a license.

And Dr. Thomas Young, the former medical examiner of Jackson County, Mo., told the station that Parcells was misrepresenting himself when he said Young was his mentor. (RELATED: NONE In The Back: Brown Autopsy Shows He Was Shot In The Front Of The Body)

“He has been representing himself in a way that is not appropriate by giving forensic pathology opinions when he is not qualified to do so,” Young told the station.

Why am I not surprised? So go back to the news conference and take out everything he said. Guess what it supports the officer more than the lynch mob.

Please read for comprehension. The "forensic pathologist" in the title of this thread is working for the Brown family, not working for the police. Again, the fake expert is working for the family, not the police. I figured I'd make this obvious, since the OP said the same thing and you didn't understand. (I also typed it slowly, to help you comprehend)

He can probably tell whether a bullet wound is on the front or back of a body which is what people wanted to know. It's Brown's family that hired him.

If I am not mistaken this is the guy who claimed ONE wound on Brown was inconclusive and the direction the shot came from could not be determined.

Dr. Baden did not say that particular detail.

The evidence presented by Dr. Baden seemed pretty factual and accurate but also pretty short and ultimately bad for the people's claiming Wilson murdered Brown.

It was this guy who seemed to follow up with various ambiguous statements which I think were grasping at straws because no evidence of murder was found in the autopsy.

Ahh,m that's not Fox News, it is an indepentdent affiliate. The question is why don't YOU take issue with the family attorney's putting up this unqualified phony?

As I said, go back to the news conference taking out everything this phony said and leave everything that Baden said and it more supports the officer than the corrupt attorney's stories.

No this guy claimed the wound on top came from back to front and could only come from behind. Baden said no such thing and denied that to be the case in later interviews.

And you are correct no evidence of an unlawful shooting was presented. The best, the BEST the family got out of it was that Baden said the shot to the forearm could have come from behind it he was walking a certain way, but then said that there were multiple ways it could have come from the front and of course all the other shots came from the front. Now to Brown supporting witness say he was running away from the officer when the officer fired from behind, well when you run you run with your arms up not down so that would preclude that shot coming from behind and support it coming from the front. So there is no way a reasonable jury could take that shot and say that beyond a reasonable doubt it came from behind. All the others ARE beyond a reasonable doubt from the front.

Either way it is my understanding that nothing including the people involved in this second autopsy will be admissible in criminal court if it even goes that far.

This autopsy was conducted for the family most likely in anticipation of the law suit which is sure to come. And of course the court of public opinon which it did nothing for except to stir up more controversy. Apparently someone decided there was not enough controversy already.

If this guy and even Dr. Baden are cross examined it will be in civil court.

This is the person people were trotting out as a an "expert" to show he could have been shot from behind.

Well professor, just because he does't have the piece of paper doesn't mean what he said was not true. I was more interested in your little piece at the bottom about the hard drive crash. If the IRS was going to audit you they would be interested in your financial documents, Your personal e-mails are none of their business.

The defense could ask the court to declare them expert witnesses and then they could testify. Baden testifies all the time in courts.

    - - - Updated - - -

What don't you understand about he is not qualified to make the statements he made? If as I stated just above it goes to trial Baden could be called as an expert witness, he is qualified and has the license to prove it. This guy would be laughed out of court.

ROFL, that "piece of paper" means a lot in the medical profession. A lot of defected births for example can be pinned on First-time Surgeons or inexperienced Nurses. For something as crucial as this, only the best of the best is acceptable.
