I wonder, could this kid have his arms up while coming after the officer like wanting to tackle him when he caught up to him? That is, if it happened that way. I can't imagine him coming at the officer with his arms down.

Yes, the whole Brown/Ferguson thing has been chewed until it has the consistency of mush. It doesn't matter whether Brown was finally killed by one bullet, or a "hail" of them. This strong-arm, criminal THUG wouldn't get out of the middle of a busy street where he was endangering everyone, and then he attacked the policeman that was trying to make him move. The cop killed him in self-defense, but yes, it did involve having to use more ammunition than if the policeman had killed him with the first shot, so I guess we could criticize him for wasting extra bullets....

The only thing to worry about is if we ever arrive at a point where police are too intimidated by THUGS, and the people who support them, to protect the rest of us.

 

How are your threads not be conversational if you always give your opinion on an issue. How is it not meant to be informational if your post with a question? Calling Officer Wilson a murderer in one of your other threads is hardly a fact or informational at all.

 

If Officer Wilson had been using a .44 magnum he'd have dropped him in one shot. I don't think you can get a .44 mag in a semi-automatic pistol though. You can get a .40 caliber Smith and Wesson semi-auto and it has more knock down power than a .357 magnum. People ask why he didn't use a shotgun but Brown charged at him and Wilson would not have had enough time to get his shotgun out of the patrol car before this thug was on top of him.

 

Nobody runs with their arms down that I am aware of...but then again, I don't know anyone that runs to tackle someone with their arms in an "I surrender" way.

So we are not to trust any autopsy results done by the elected coroners in any city in America and we should stop allowing them to testify in courts and only private autopsy's done by families of victims are to be trusted?

Especially once the officer starts firing his weapon at him, what is the natural reaction going to be?

And yes that is pure conjecture on my part, the autopsy is not conclusive on the position of the arms.

What video? You mean the one where Brown is sn bullying the store clerk? Witnesses have stated he had his hands up. Witnesses have known to be unreliable. You know, there is a reason why we have a court system in this country. The man is innocent until proven guilty.
