There were lots of left wingers who recognized the bullcrap of imminent nuclear/WMD threat to the homeland as an excuse for going after Saddam.

You confuse anti-war with objecting to an illegal one or a pointless one or an unwinnable one.
Leftists generally are more discerning in both what is a justified war and what is an appropriate military response, but they are no more or less pro or anti war than independents and moderate conservatives.

 

For his courage to take on the current greatest international threat, without ever having to set troops on the ground, killing not one single civilian, and winning this war completely from the air, Obama will be rewarded with his second Nobel Peace Prize.
