Ferguson Prepares For Grand Jury Announcement

The only ones that find it amazing are the ones that know nothin' about nothin'. In order for Zimmerman to be guilty if "murder," he would have had to gone out that day with the intention of someone. In other words, his actions had to be premeditated. There was no evidence to support a premeditated claim. Therefore, no murder conviction. On the other hand, if the prosecution had not over reached and charged Zimmerman with manslaughter then he would have been convicted. The same ones that find it amazing are the ones that pushed for the murder charge. Talk about hypocrisy.

 

Murder 1 is premeditated. Murder 2 is not. Wasn't George charged with murder 2 ?

 

The jury had manslaughter on the table.

It was not about what he was charged with, he ADMITTED he shot and killed Martin. It was an affirmative defense. He was not convicted because he acted in self-defense.

 

There was no evidence Zimmerman assaulted Martin, it was the other way around that's called self defense.

There are many blacks that have degrees and still don't get the job because of discrimination, fear of young black men, and our Constitution promises equality under the law, yet you yourself have labeled class as discriminatory but not necessarily wrong. Make up your mind...and while you are doing that, please enlighten us to the discrimination aspects of the American Indian, the real forefathers of our nation!

We are a nation of killers, the police are the leaders in 'undercover-of-badge' murder of those they feel are dangerous..Police use their badges for a variety of illegal things including rape, murder, spousal abuse, and a deep disregard for the law.

 

1. "Class" , son that is not what education and experience are. You are confused. 2. What evidence do you have of degreed black males being discriminated against? In my experience the opposite is true. 3. So, in your opinion, this Ferguson incident where a thug who had just accosted an elderly female store clerk and assaulted a policemen got shot by the cop he assaulted, proves your drivvel about "nation of killers"? That is laughable.

YES YES YES! It’s wrong wrong wrong! Racism. Whites hating blacks for their color OR blacks hating whites for the color of their skin. I would guess black against white racism is far more prevalent than white vs. black racism. I was raised in the south (until I was 10 or so) back then my dad would excise his right to apply corporeal punishment to my sister and I if we even whispered the ‘N’ word. Personally I think we are doing the WRONG thing coddling any race supposedly for the wrongs committed 160 or so years ago and the perceived and real transgressions of the ensuing years. How to fix the anger that blacks feel towards whites etc? I have not a clue. I do feel the black people have just as much a responsibility to stop the hate as whites do. And they have far more power to do so!

UPDATE; I just heard in passing that there was a NOT GUILTY some where on something verdict or similar ruling on the radio, with black leaders urging peace etc. Any more info?

And is exactly the response we all expected.



Validate the race card, no matter how silly a response it requires, eh.

Bottom line, when translated, reads: "Please don't burn us down like the others".

 

and ended 50 years ago.... time to move on with your life and own up to your own community's shortcomings in terms of high crime rate, and lower socio-economic position in life.
