Even if one agrees with his ridiculous statement what is that supposed to mean? Is this some kind of justification for Brown robbing a store and attacking a cop?

 

I think what he is trying to ask is "why can't a large black man assault a store clerk, rob a store, then walk down the street and assault a policeman , trying to steal his gun to possibly shoot him , without being shot by the policeman he attacked."

 

That is correct. Then they have the nerve to call looters "protestors".

 

Refute the facts he cites, or recognize that the media counted on the stupidity of the American left....again. Sound familiar?

 

Well, I guess we can start with the fact that he was walking down the middle of the road.

 

From everything I've seen regarding Ferguson, I'd be afraid to live there because of the people, not the Police. Now it may turn out that the Officer is guilty of something. If so, then so be it. But the conduct of the people has been atrocious. Likewise the media for giving them voice and justification when there is none.

 

And some have used what they read to protest the police with no real facts. What's your point? Most of what he said is proven fact.

 

Evidently you have missed all of the stop & frisk stories that occur on a daily basis in the NYC concentration camp by the slave patrol cops. Maybe you never read any of the news stories about the countless number of blacks who were framed by racist cops and convicted by bigoted juries. Well, those stories are out there in far greater numbers than they should be. And the reason for that is because people see all issues in this country as either black or white. Far too many white people have a hissy fit when they think black people will benefit from any issue, whether it's health care, welfare, jobs, college admissions, housing, food stamps, or even a seat on the bus.

It's all a matter of historical record and there are thousands of articles to verify it. Because it has been so pervasive most people don't realize that they are part of the problem. It's easy to see that attitude just by reading the comments on this thread. People think that they are better than others and consequently they deny others their civil and human rights. That behavior causes conflict when all Americans should be working together to improve the country instead of trying to destroy it.

Oh well, the rest of the world is in conflict so we might as well join them. Maybe a giant asteroid will finally put all of us out of our misery. We've become too stupid as a species to live. The stupid virus has won.

We've also benefitted from those who fought in the Revolutionary war but that doesn't make us freedom fighters by extension. I can only take responsibility for the things that I do or don't do. The moment you expect me to pay for the actions of someone else then the whole world is in danger of paying for the crimes of those they never even met. At which point are we expected to move forward as a people when we're all to busy pointing the finger at someone else for a misgiving they never gave? This is completely predictable. When the left is faced with facts that debunk their position on an issue, do they debate with other facts that bring credibility back to their position? Hell no, they attack the person who stated the facts that debunked their position personally. Demonizing the person since the facts just don't support their position no matter how you look at them.

God I am getting sick of everyone lumping everyone from one race or another together as if they are all the same and think the same, but I guess some insist on displaying their ignorance to the world and the really sad part is some will applaud it as if the person said something worthy of praise.

 

You can imagine how Black folks must feel because they suffer in their flesh the stereotype of Blacks as animals and criminals and their deaths are justified based on those stereotype so comfort yourself that you are not a Black person suffring that disrespect

Yes, I can understand it to a degree, I have heard it often enough from close friends that happen to be stuck in that situation. At least two of them also brought up the point that they found it disheartening that while serving in the military and stationed in Europe that they were treated better and respected more by Germans and Brits than by their own fellow Americans. Fortunately for me I have not have had to suffer due to the ignorance and fear of their fellow man because I am as "white" as we get, all due an accident of birth. Having seen it for myself and by listening to what some whites say when they believe they are in "trusted" company has been more than a little eye opening and has ended more than one friendship because they revealed their inner person and I find it an unacceptable trait for anyone I would consider a close friend. My opinion is that much of it is a result of Ignorance and Fear, and unfortunately many insist on remaining in that condition on their own accord, I used to attempt to reason and educate them but life has shown me that the majority of them are simply never going to change and would only be a waste of my time and effort. It is just another sign mankind still has a long way to go, if we survive long enough to get there.
