And yes police officers and other law enforcement officers act under color of law and can use deadly force to stop imminent threats to us law abiding citizens or themselves and stop fleeing felonies who refuse to succumb to arrest. Denver police are notorious for excessive force. The city has had to pay millions, and the abuses continue.
